15^th May 2011 – a reflection written at the French Retreat

So here we are in the middle of France in a ancient land filled with the most beautiful energies, Druidic lore, the energy of Cathars, the energy of the Ancients that is carried through the land of the deep wisdom of Mother Earth and all that she offers through her trees and stones. The forest here is magical and you can feel its energy permeating through the area when you go into subtle energy planes within.

As usual we have a very beautiful group of long term meditators plus a film crew from Supreme Master TV, Master Ching Hai’s lineage, a group who is now very interested in the next evolutionary part on a dietary level. Long term vegetarians and vegans, their desire is to live in the greatest levels of harmony with the planet, to walk on Earth like many of us now, with steps of harmony, to not be the takers of energy but the givers of energy instead. It is wonderful for us to film with them again and also to have Erika with me who has now been living on prana for over ten years. Even though she is in her mid-seventies, she is youthing energetically in an obvious way for people to really tune to.

It has been an interesting tour for me so far on many levels, watching the assassination of Osama Bin Laden unfold as a story through the news. Sensing, feeling the joy that some people felt from his death and also the sadness that others felt while still others are intent on perpetuating the games of revenge and retribution within our world. Regardless of the reasons this has occurred, many feel now that there must be other systems of operation that we can apply in living together as one people on one planet so that we find more congruent, loving ways to deal with issues, mainly of course by not getting into these types of energy flows in the first place. Preventative medicine is always the best even though we create always for our learning.

As so many know, we promote the experience of going deep inside via meditation, will and intention, to the pure pool of energy within that Jesus referred to as the Kingdom of Heaven, and other scriptures and holy ones referred to by different names. Knowing and enjoying the existence of this pure energy pool within us, allows us a great measure of peace because then it’s just a matter of taping into this divine resource, experiencing its flow, peace, love and wisdom and operating from that point of awareness. Many have now experienced that when we are anchored in this energy pool then conflict resolution, with solutions that benefit all, are much easier to find. This then allows us to attend to the things that need attending to in our world in a more loving, compassionate and beneficial way, rather than stimulating the limited games of separation and duality.

A few days ago I found myself in the energy field of a Swami Lakshmana Charayulu who is one of these Swami’s that I’d heard about but never actually met, who’d spent 92 days living underground with no food, no fluid and no oxygen. For him it wasn’t an issue because he breathes like we teach people to breathe, which is through the very atoms of their being. We know, as Nassim Haramein has now proven, that every atom is a door to an inner universe. Through each deep inhalation we can draw this pranic energy through the atoms into cellular structure to nourish cells, and then let that energy flow out through the pores of our skin into the world to nourish others open to this. We call this the Love Breath technique and this is how the yogis breathe when they are buried alive for periods of time to prove the power of this inner force and its ability to sustain us regardless of whether we have food, fluid or even oxygen. Meeting him and talking about my journey and also his, with living purely on prana, was like a meeting of old souls and both of us were very comfortable enough to exchange gifts and information that touched us both deeply. I know that this is somebody that I will meet again in India when I am there for we still have much to share together and it is beautiful to know that he has this connection to so many people around the world as he teaches Ashtanga yoga and other yogic practices. Yet Swami Lakshmana like many, is now looking to retire from the global field having held the energies here and done what they’ve done for so long. A medical doctor in his training Swami renounced his material life and then lived in the jungle for over 12 years receiving deep initiations from that pure Mother Nature energy. Watching wild life and tuning more to his shaman self while also applying Vedic and yogic tradition, he learnt how to feed his body from prana in the forest. He also learnt cosmic inner plane travelling, and how to free himself from physical form. As we feel and experience that we are infinite beings, who exist throughout the whole matrix of creation, we can move our consciousness beyond the confines of physical form to move through all realms, enjoying and exploring, before coming back as guided and be the bodhisattva, and do the service we’ve come to do with joy and clear focus.

So many beautiful people in our world are doing so many incredible things that we can all benefit from, as we come together in the gatherings like we have around the world, and share as the masters that we are, through the blending of energy and information and intuitive understanding. To be able to meditate together in silence, and open to the flows of wisdom that silence holds, as we support each other energetically in the field of love where all wisdom lies, this too is a wonderful gift and opportunity at this time. For me it is a great gift to be with spiritual family where we open to allow these energies to coagulate, blend and mix together. To move around the world and do what needs to be done with others, who are open to these flows of love and wisdom, that are held as baseline frequencies throughout the matrix of creation this is also a great gift.

During this tour time I have been watching the videos of Nassim Haramein, and it is so interesting to hear his journey and the things that he has undergone to discover the quantum understanding of energy flows to prove Einstein’s Unified Field Theory and take it to another level, to also prove the mathematics of the Law of Synchronicity. All these things are so interesting to witness for a metaphysician, for there is so much that we know, without really knowing why we know or how we know. We just know from bathing in that inner pool of peace and purity where all wisdom lies, waiting for us to recognise and experience once more, as the flow of deep intuitive knowing.

Night after night I find myself waking in the middle of the night undergoing deep training in understanding universal flows and so much more that I don’t recall in the morning and yet I know it has been imprinted so deep within me, so that I can continue to do the things that I’ve been guided to do in my own life, and write about, and capture and share with others, when it is appropriate to do so.

And so the game goes on as we continue to travel this world going where invited and enjoying the different flavours that exist in Earth’s energy field. France today, Germany tomorrow, Russia last week, Lithuania before that. All of it, each experience, flows into the other, allowing me deeper understanding and access to stories that are so worth telling as people step forward to share with me. Brain tumours shrinking and cancers clearing through the application of some of the techniques we share, people’s lives changing so that they are filled with joy and happiness, people being given the choice, and applying this choice, and the understanding, of how to free themselves from external resources and depend more on the divine resource within, and all the gifts and happiness and freedoms that this brings. All of this is a joyous thing to witness in our rapidly changing world.

DARKROOM RETREAT 2011 – The Yogi’s Cave

February – March 2011…

It’s late February and I am about to return to the yogi’s cave in Chiang Mai Thailand to hold another darkroom retreat with a group of about 40 people coming from 14 different countries. The pull to return is so strong as I ride a wave of Grace that is calling me to be still and enjoy all that the Darkroom Retreat can offer.

As usual I have recently been steeped in the energy of intense creativity, downloading the Pathways of Peace and getting these ready for release upon the global stage during my tour time this year. Now and then my children mention the word ‘workaholic’ and I get a sense to take time out. The best way for me to do this is to enter the Yogi’s cave, that space where we can sit back, be still, and enjoy deep solitude and silence. It is also a place to be with other like-minded yogi’s who come from all over the world to share in this mutually enhancing experience.

I love stepping into this space. To work with the group to increase their pranic flows, to personally take little or no fluid, to see no external images or light, to move silently and Zen-like through a pitch black space, all of this is strangely rewarding on so many levels, as our body uses it’s energy flows more effectively to tune us deeper within the inner planes.

I also know of no other practice that can take me so deep so fast.

To unhook from technology and the daily manifestation of the creative process is necessary at times. To be able to step back, assess everything with a detached eye; to be able to spend time deepening our mind-body-spirit connections; to be able to have endless time to meditate and listen to sacred music; to be able to enter deeply into the dreaming and find the visions clear, the messages sound and appropriate in both clarity and content; all of this is food for the soul.

To also be able to be Zen-like, then Zen, as our group mixes, melds, blends, merges and opens inner plane doors, to then discover or return to pathways so peaceful, so insightful and so supportive … all of this is such an “aahhh” type of restful journey of surrender … a song for my own soul right now.

With so many now coming back to this darkroom space for the second and even third time, it seems that others also now agree on the benefits of entering that deep yogi cave like space that darkroom can provide. It is also the only in-depth training that we do on pranic nourishment for we have long abandoned the 21 day process initiation that many still hold dear.

As we increase our chi flows, we seem to also increase our creativity levels and while I love the creative process, I also know that it also never ends and so we all soon learn to deal with the constant downloading of creative flows in a more balanced and healthy way. True service from the heart as we fulfil our life purpose can be so intoxicating that it can become too easy to forget about the rest of our life.

For decades we have all been learning, growing, moving on, then learning, growing, and moving on, as there is always something in life to consume us, some paradigm or game in which we can play.

We spend our time and energy in countless ways supporting our growing, learning and the moving on process, yet all of it is designed to expand our consciousness as it teaches us to go beyond external things and identify instead with that which is truth for our soul.

Over the past few months I have found myself magnetizing the teachings of the Dalai Lama as he prepares now to also move on. In his book, Becoming Enlightened, the Dalai Lama wrote that “True happiness and freedom from suffering can only be realized from a broad outlook; it cannot be seen from a narrow perspective.” He also states – “The way to rise to a higher level of spiritual practice is to develop altruism to the point where seeking enlightenment in order to serve others more effectively becomes your inner, spontaneous motivation for everything you do.”

And this is another gift that the silence and solitude of the Yogi’s cave can provide, the time to assess life and to change our perspective. In the dark of the Yogi’s Cave we look beyond, we consolidate, we recognise, we reweave, we blend deeper with the pure essence of our own being, we open and relax more and hence a potentially fruitful time is had by all. I say potentially as our attitude and perceptions always govern our experiences especially in the darkness of yogi’s cave where only the inner light can shine.

With 11 days and 11 nights in absolute darkness, and with many bodies fasting or adjusting to live purely on the pranic flows, time spent in darkroom allows us also to go beyond our personal day to day realities and move into the global paradigms, to assess our service agendas and receive clear guidance, and to develop altruism in a deeper way by combining group energies to work via the inner planes. As usual with all of our retreats we attend to personal, global and universal harmonics as altruism is also food for the soul.

The sage Tsongkhapa said in his work, ‘Great Treatise on the Stages of the Path’:- “Altruism is a source of goodness for yourself and others, medicine alleviating all troubles, the great path travelled by the wise, nourishment for all who see, hear, remember and contact it. Possessing great efficacy for advancing other’s welfare; through it you indirectly achieve your own interests in full.”

Another great sage, Nagarjuna wrote in his work “Precious Garland of Advice”:- “The altruistic stay for a limitless time in the world, for limitless beings they seek the limitless qualities of enlightenment and perform limitless virtuous actions.”

Buddha once said: “If whatever merit there is in altruistic intention to become enlightened had form, it would fill the entire expanse of the sky and then exceed it.

Universal altruism is the path of the Bodhisattva and the only path that holds my personal interest right now, so I find it strange when people try to classify me only as “that woman who says she doesn’t eat.” which is of course a much to narrow path to be labelled with.

In his book, My Spiritual Autobiography, His Holiness the Dalai Lama writes on Living as a bodhisattva …

“As for my personal religious practice, I try to live my life by following what I call the ‘bodhisattva ideal.’ In Buddhist conception, a bodhisattva is a being who is engaged on the path toward Buddhahood and is completely devoted to helping sentient beings liberate themselves from suffering. The word bodhisattva is easier to understand if the two terms that make it up, bodhi and sattva, are translated separately. Bodhi stands for the wisdom that understands the ultimate nature of reality, and sattva is a person motivated by universal compassion. So the bodhisattva ideal amounts to an aspiration to practice infinite compassion with infinite wisdom.”

I love the Yogi’s cave time and after this retreat, I will have enjoyed nearly 80 days of darkroom experience. This is not much time compared to what the Kogi and Arhuaco Mamas (Shaman) of Colombia do as part of their shamanic training. Some spend up to 36 years in the dark only coming out from their cave-like hut at night to enjoy the moonlight. From birth, tuned children are selected to go into special huts where their mothers visit to feed them and bathe them for their first few years. After this they are guided by highly skilled shaman.

Nourished by a simple diet, they are soon trained by older Mamos to read the global and universal energy currents, plus those of people around them. They are also trained to read and finetune the currents within themselves, and to respect and understand the purpose of every living creature in creation.

Many become seers or healers, clairaudient sensitives, managing to maintain their awareness of Source, and the Divine Mother Laws which they cherish and live by, because of their yogi-shaman-cave-like existence. These special Mamos huts are the yogi’s cave, our darkrooms of today and they make a great place for intensive, highly specialized training especially in the breatharian pathways reality.

1^st March 2011

I sit in a tiny café-shop in Doi Saket Chiang Mai, writing in my journal and feeling overwhelmed with love and appreciation. To be able to take this time each year and go into my yogi’s cave – as I’ve come to call the darkroom – is such a blessing for me.

The creative flows that I have been working with these last 17 years, since living on prana, have been so consistent in their abundance of insight and information that bringing it all into physical plane manifestation is a full time job. Books, audio, music, poems, art – the flows are intense in their delivery so it is so good to step back, go into deep silence and solitude and enjoy the peace that comes from the darkroom space.

Thailand herself is also a beautiful country to be in, her people are gentle and kind, quick to smile and lovingly accept the constant stream of people who come to enjoy this land. Despite political upheavals, tourism continues as people are drawn to be in the harmonic wave that Thailand offers with its Buddhist beat. While it is true that some also come for the sex-trade, others come instead just to enjoy the spirit of this ancient land.

Most of our people arrived late yesterday and so we will gather this afternoon for orientation and introduction time as we invite all to find the Zen master within. To slow every movement, every breath right down, to shut down external vision and enhance our inner vision, to dream deep and go beyond time, to meditate until our thirst for meditation is complete, no longer bound by the time constrained duties of the outer world, to just BE in silence and solitude, all of this the darkroom offers and in all of this many spirits find a deeper joy.

Day 5 – 6^th March 2011

Our group is settling in to a more relaxed rhythm as more surrender into the rhythms that are here. Most are powering along yet a few still struggle with their minds. 264 continual hours – 11 days and 11 nights – of absolute darkness can take their toll as we find ourselves confronted by ourselves. Yet there comes a point in the energy fields, within an individual and a group when a new rhythm emerges as we make friends with the darkness and all that it contains, to really appreciate what can unfold. Break-throughs come with surrender and an open-hearted willingness to go beyond.

To go beyond potential boredom;
To go beyond the monkey mind and its desire for entertainment;
To go beyond our limiting ideas of what a day should hold;
To go beyond the ‘busy’ness mentality and allow ourselves to be in that space of true Zen via the mastery of mind and perceptions;
To learn to be fully present in each moment,
to make friends with the darkness and sense it as the divine mother’s womb of nourishing love and
to go beyond all that rises to challenge us.

Some people find night-time the hardest as they lose the need to sleep here. With no energy needed for digestion the body begins to get so energised especially with our twice daily meditations which are designed to open all to more nourishing rhythms.

As the days unfold our relationship with time changes drastically and suddenly it feels as if there is not enough time in each day as we take longer periods in meditation and caring for the body temple, via our various exercise routines, and to contemplate life in general.

It can take 6-7 days for a group to come into the one heart one mind space of natural telepathic communion where they know what I will say before I say it in a guided meditation and for them to receive the visions as I do. This is one of my favourite parts as it is confirmation of a group’s harmonics.

11^th March 2011

The darkroom retreat is a wonderful teacher as it allows us to find our Zen Master Self and gives people constant opportunities to self correct. For example, if we do not stay focused in the moment it is so easy to disturb the field of silence that others are enjoying. We can drop things, bump into things, open or close doors too loudly and generally be a disruptive presence.

With approximately 40 people all living together in absolute darkness for these 11 days and 11 nights we become so much more aware of communal harmonics. Knowing that people around us may be in deep meditation, we learn to move through space and time here as the silent witness aware of every sound and movement. If we walk too fast – again because we are not fully present in the now moment – then it is easy to bump into an object or person – both which can easily be avoided by walking very slowly with gentle movements and by staying focused and aware. So many people blaze through life completely unconscious of those around or the impact that their energy emanations and movements have on others. Here we cannot do that. Here we have to be fully present especially in the communal space.

Today is our day of complete silence where even I am not speaking. We meet, called by the gong to exercise, meditate, listen to upbeat or very heart opening devotional music, then meditate again. Today at least there is music.

Tomorrow is our last day and so from 9pm tonight till 1.30pm tomorrow there will again be absolute silence and this time there will be no music or movement. These last few days test and stretch the few who have had enough of the darkroom space, making them go deeper again; while giving a gift to those who have fallen in love with this yogic cave by allowing them complete stillness and silence as if we truly are yogis living deep in a cave inside a mountain.

Without the distraction of food to digest, these 11 days give the body a chance to rest and utilize its energy differently as each day people measure the increase in their pranic flow. Some maintain a good weight, losing maybe a kilo, others begin to feel their ribs and so they then expend the energy of worry that they are losing more weight than they hoped. Others love the weight loss and are so happy for the whole cleansing process.

Day by day we have harmonised the group energy field using sound and sacred music, deep meditations, alchemical practices and more; adding to this some interdimensional flavours plus some ancient esoteric blends to create an energy mix for all to bathe in and receive exactly what they need.

Personally I love it and so it seems do many as this retreat is now booked out years in advance. Somehow all around the world people are called to sit in silence and solitude and connect deeper to the essence of life, allowing it to rise and fill them and free them from all hungers.

Once tasted many come back, while a few feel that one experience is definitely enough. Some dream of food, and more food, as their emotional body makes its adjustments to living in this space on a little juice or maybe only water.

Others go deep in the dreaming finding themselves in the presence of great beings of light, undergoing intensive instruction about their life purpose and how to fulfil it.

People come from all walks of life and all religions, pulled by an inner knowing that this darkroom time will somehow transform their lives.

And for those who can surrender, for those who can befriend the dark and relax into each moment, the gifts that await them are endless as they allow their senses to be heightened so that they can read and influence the subtle energy flows within the matrix of creation. Yet darkroom training – like living purely on prana – is not a path for everyone, still for those it calls, the journey is well worth while.

Each year that I am in Darkroom retreat I may go for 5 to 8 days without water, but I always find that at some point over this time, my mouth gets quite dry from constantly leading in-depth meditations and discussions; as such I have decided that if this truly is my path then the not drinking reality needs to occur without any dryness in my mouth.

I am not living the life of a silent yogi in the Himalayas, instead my service agenda requires me to talk and share which helps when there is physical body comfort. The dry mouth reality is obviously something I am still learning to master.

While we relax and enjoy these final days in Thailand, an earthquake brings a Tsunami to Japan to simulate yet another flow of compassion in our world. Again there is so much devastation, so much suffering and loss as people are stripped bare, only to unify later and bond in ways previously unimagined.

The Prana Program in India

In India I always meet an abundance of doctors and scientists who are also committed to spiritual life. Because of their own meditation experiences they are always open and fascinated by our research into pranic living for while their yogis have lived on prana for thousands of years, they haven’t done the personal research to understand the science of it all. To have a Western woman among them who has personally experienced this phenomenon and taken the time to research it as fully as possible, is an opportunity for discussion they rarely want to miss.

   I look at my time with this in the West with so many saying “It’s just not possible!” and then the effort they spend wanting to prove why it’s not possible; and then in India with doctors who say instead “How is it possible?” who then listen to our findings and do corollary research with the data we provide them. This is such a blessing for me, such a difference. Quantum physicists working on the subatomic level, have already proven that we alter an event or flow of particles just by our observation of it, so as we, the Divine Being’s that we are, interact in our mastery with the particle mix contained within our physical form and within the interdimensional realms then we alter reality and ‘normality’ within us and around us in just the same way.
   It is all about consciousness. It is all about BEingness.
   Being the Divine force that we are. The force who has a drop of its essence in each body. The force that we can meditate on so that it grows and blossoms within us via the 3 Universal Laws of Love, Oneness and Resonance. The force that in its infinite love, wisdom and power can then deliver through us and to us all its gifts if only we open ourselves to the possibility that a) it exists and b) that it has gifts to deliver.
   In India the perfect people come to me, as they do in the Western world, open to synthesize what is said and open for me to radiate out through my Beingness, as I open even deeper to allow this force to channel into this physical plane, whatever is the highest harmonic for all.
   It’s all about openness, allowance, intention, clarity and resonance.
   I may not have all the answers regarding how we will eliminate the hunger issue in India (as discussed as the 4^th project in the Madonna Frequency Planetary Peace Program) but I do know that if it can be done, via who and what we are, then it will be done, and so the right networks are forming. Meeting with Shri Shri, reconnecting again with the bright light shining Beings at Pyramid Valley, many who are doctors, coming here to this resort and now talking constantly to the media in India who find me, all of this is weaving a web so important to the fulfilment of the agenda.
   And again while I do not have all the ‘how’ details, I do know how to pray and program, how to bathe in this field of infinite love and I know more now how to just relax and be the rhythm of love in action. Hopefully this is enough to manifest in joy all that is to unfold in this land; a land so full of contradictions, a land so rich and pure, a land with so many people who carry the pulse of their ancestors and who are quick to remember who they truly are.
   Some say that in our Western world, people have drugged themselves into deep states of unawareness via the pulses of television and general ‘busy’ness and by blindly accepting the limited paradigms of separatist thought forms, through cultural and educational programs, and yet I have witnessed much of this changing as people step back, go within and, with open hearts, seek resolution so that all may live in peace.
   Some say that in India it is the same. That those watching television have been made so hungry for Western wealth and realities that they have lost the desire to listen to their yogis and those who have always spoken the truth here.
   The truth that the kingdom of heaven is within.
   The truth that when we turn our senses within, and be in meditation, only then can we find the river of energy that will bring true freedom from human suffering.
   The truth that it is always time to be kind and compassionate to each other and to all sentient beings. The truth that the best master/guru we have is within, breathing us, silently and lovingly supporting our existence. Yet here in India as in the Western world, once again I see that so many are embracing these ancient paradigms of truth, experiencing them so completely until they become these truths and no longer exist in worlds of separation, suffering and doubt.
   The force that loves us enough to give us life is not only loving and wise but it is also the most powerful resource of transformation that any being has access to. It can instantly transform our world if we open the inner plane doors to its well and ask to receive all its gifts and of this I have no doubt. There is no other resource that can do this, that can create the harmonics of unification and peace that many seek and yet this must be experienced to be believed. It is the one energy flow that unifies us all into a common frequency where all hungers disappear, it is the one energy that holds the keys to resolution to all the conflict in our world, no matter how insurmountable the problem may appear.

The Bigger Picture – resource sustainability & the global Prana Program Project:- The main gift of pranic living and increasing our personal chi/prana flow, is the ability to then be able to choose where we wish to take our physical body nourishment from. Also in order to eliminate global hunger issues we need to ensure that we adopt long term resource sustainability support systems and compassionately redistribute our current resources so that we can adequately feed everyone now and in the future. Feeling fit, and fabulous, knowing now another path,
fed from an inner house, Divine breaths, freed at last.

From meditation’s many years, light, then love, then, truth sincere,

I Love ... Planet Earth – Being here, now, alive today!

Like our indigenous friends, I have come to love and honor Mother Earth, to feel her as a living spirit being, present throughout nature and our cells. To exist in harmony with her is addictive as making the commitment to exist in harmony with all life, brings great Grace into our lives. We know we are well aligned to purer energy channels when synchronicity abounds and nature continually seems to surprise us – we just happen to be on a beach at sunrise when the dolphins come to play; or the elements converge somehow to take our breath away – with a breeze or a sunrise or a bright blue sky day. Or perhaps Gaia’s spirit comes to us as bird song among a myriad of swaying trees, or in the still silence of a mountain where we are drawn to sit and reflect for awhile. Here we sense more subtle waves of energy that seem to take us into itself to make us feel divinely embraced as we melt into something much grander than what we may usually know.
Mother nature dwarfs us by her magnificence, by her power and her rage as storms, hurricanes, cyclones and tornadoes rise to claim the land, to clean it and wipe slates clean. And for this we stand in awe as she reveals her Kali power. She dwarfs us with her infinite oceans, her vast expanse of deserts and volcanic lava flows as she refashions herself to create new forms. I love that she provides so plentifully in so many ways – giving us bodies and food to feed them, giving us the ability to create shelter and to reproduce and play! I also love being able to give back to her by minimizing our use of her resources and becoming more dependent on our inner resources within!
Being in nature re-energizes us, strips away the illusions of our world, lets us slow down, relax and rest awhile for times are changing so rapidly as human consciousness expands to open to more mutually beneficial paradigms. Being fully present in each moment, choosing to exist in the field of love rather than entertain paradigms of fear, all of this is required of us now. To be the yogis in the cities and to be able to be anywhere in any situation and be in harmony with all!

Many on Earth have now shifted their personal focus to look at new rhythms and ways of being. Data regarding prophecy and scripture, on 2012 timelines and more, now floods our internet, along with ‘future humanist’ discussion, advanced nanotechnology, robotics, genetics and more. Ancient tools, mystery school insights, awareness and futuristic views, all of this is also blending to inspire and open us all to higher views. Being conscious, aware of who we truly are, by stripping back layers to find the pure essence of our own Being, to find and feel something pure and free, to bathe in this force that is so pure that it can change the course of our own evolution with grace and style, all of this is available to us now as this force is pure, unpolluted and perfect and it flows within us all.
And it is this force that we have in common – regardless of the rest – the trials, the tribulations and the daily living tests. Yes being human for so many is hard but simultaneously being a divine Being in human form is a blessing there for us all to know.
Being fully present with our hearts beating to the Divine Rhythms in our chest, being flooded by this love pulse and feeling what it knows; being open then of inner eye to see the universal flows all of this is here for us now for there literally are so many rhythms to tune to, so many songs to know and so many familiar feelings that will set our skins to glow. Matching, merging, blending, being, revealing, relaxing … all here now.

In The Dreaming … Finally the human heart is determining its own course of evolution and the purity contained within each heart is fulfilling our common desire for peace and true civility. Finally the paradigm of one harmonious people united in compassionate action is one that has become so much more real. We may be few but the strength does not lie in numbers. While two thirds of Earth’s people struggle to survive still they dream of better times and better ways of being, of better worlds for those they love and in the dreaming we unite. It is in the dreaming that the seeds of change are born and we with power, those who no longer struggle as much, can water the garden of hope, until its fruit is known. Through the process of self mastery and self sovereignty we can co-create a worlds that operates for the highest good of all. Below are some ideas for this.

High Level Buddha Steps – from the book “Becoming Enlightened” by the Dalai Lama

Base idea – Equanimity – treat all as equals – friends, enemies and strangers – favor none, honor all. So free yourself from bias.
Step One – Find everyone dear – who knows when they may have nurtured you and in what time line.
Step Two – Being aware of how everyone helped and appreciating this support.
Step Three – Reciprocating the kindness of others – so many have been so kind so be kind to all in turn. See the loving mother in all.
Step Four- Cultivating love know that all want happiness, pray they receive it and do what you can to help them achieve it. Do this with all friends, strangers and perceived enemies.
Step Five – Compassion. Be aware of all the suffering of all life and do what you can to alleviate this. Be patient with those who cause harm as they will suffer karmically from their actions. Pray that all are released from ignorance and suffering. Do what you can to ease another’s burdens by being patient and compassionate.
Step Six – Total commitment. To take upon yourself the responsibility of bringing help and happiness to all sentient beings – this is supreme altruism make sure all actions benefit all.
Step Seven – Aspiring to enlightenment. In order to be effective you must attain perfection in body, mind and speech. By becoming Buddha enlightened you will then know the right way to help others to the path of happiness and what is required to alleviate their pain.

This double aspiration to help others and attain your own enlightenment in order to be of highest service, reveals your own Bodhisattva nature.

I Love ... Meditation

I see meditation as a companion in my life, a space to enter into willingly, aware of the rewards that it brings. To be able to be still and silent and surrender into a deep place of rest and rejuvenation; a place to be stimulated or recalibrated or re-energized somehow; to be able to do this at various times in my life and day is also something I have come to love. I have found over my years of meditation that we can beneficially align ourselves, or bathe in, some very pure, nourishing and powerful energy streams, that are constantly bubbling through the matrix of life. Lately two particular frequencies have been rising more powerfully than usual through this matrix, and when we tune to these many gifts and insights are given that can only be described as heavenly. Meditation puts us into an energy field of great depth that is multi-dimensional in nature, a field of possibility where magical meetings can occur. Magical because in this energy field we are transformed. Being in the energy flows of our inner plane Light Being friends is uplifting and inspiring.

Our Cosmic Colleagues and inner plane light being friends come in friendship, aware of our evolutionary processes, as we have called them forth whenever we have prayed in an hour of need. They have walked in our shoes, been among us in other time lines and so they know the challenges of existence in dense, dual natured reality planes like earth. They have also risen above it all, often leaving the legacy of religions behind, with words and ideas to point the way to more enlightening experiences.

“Learn to love ourselves by knowing who we really are in essence,” they tell us, “learn to see the good and god in all life, open to the highest paradigms you can envisage”, they also add to it all.

I love those times that I have met with them, always unexpected yet enjoyed. I love the way they seem to radiate an energy that makes my own essence rise and ignite more powerfully within. I love who I am in their presence and in their field of love it is so easy to love this world!

To be surrounded now, through all the planes,
by beings hooked into these same games,
brings its own deep peace and pathway of reward;
rewards not sought, but given none the less.
Yes… Like so many now, I have also experienced what it’s like to feel blessed,
to know the master within me, to be fed by its caress,
to be guided by its light, its wisdom and love,
to feel its awareness, how it fits like a glove.
It knows pure pathways that can only bring peace,
new ways of being that bring sweet release.

I love the opportunity that comes for growth and learning in family life where we often find our greatest teachers! I love the challenge of learning how to harmonize the energy fields of a home so that we bring out the best in each other, and to enjoy mutually enhancing relationships with everyone! As time unfolds around us in this dual-natured world we are now witnessing so many things. Some feel as if they stand in the calm center of a hurricane that is shaking up life around them as they witness huge changes in the lives of many they love. Others, who live in a pool of peace, feel the ripples of great change flow across the surface of their life for they are anchored deep in the Beingness of their own Divine nature. Here they are detached, content yet also aware of the necessity for these changing rhythms in life. Thing’s change – this is the only constant we know. What is, is – is another constant that helps us relax and choose pathways of peace to go beyond this dual-natured world.

One of the pathways of peace is the ability to count our blessings, to allow ourselves to feel really blessed by all that is good in our life, the blessings of our family and loved ones and also to recognize and feel what we are being blessed by during our time on Earth here now. Maybe these blessings can be as simple as the fact that we can change the experience of life by changing the rhythm of our breath; the fact that we can all breathe, and slow it down to such a deep, refined, and gentle rhythm, allowing us to access the more subtle planes of peace and love within us, a place we can relax and take shelter from any storm, in life’s ever changing sea. Sometimes true peace is only a few breaths away.

At the moment our lightwork is all about harmony, harmony, harmony. Inner harmony and outer harmony – harmonizing our own internal rhythms with the Cosmic Heart & Gaia’s heart and working with our indigenous people in the web of Oneness and love. A normally very private tribe, the Kogi’s have just begun to seek out people in the world that they can connect with to work together in mutual support as our earth birth’s herself into more harmonious, unified planes. These people are so pure in their energy fields and their work is so refined that we can all learn from what they have to share. The Kogi tribe say they are the Elder Brothers and that they have peacefully lived their own lives and ignored the rest of the world of the Younger Brothers (us) for as long as they could. Living in absolute harmony within their world, they have now stepped forth to share a little of their wisdom with the message that we need to be more honoring and take better care of Gaia – Pachamama – and that unless we do, very hard times will come. They say we still have time to change our ways; that it’s not too late to listen and alter our path to create our own salvation.

End 1993 ... Brisbane, Australia

It has been maybe 6 months since I have needed to take any physical food and while my physical body has adjusted easily, socially and emotionally the journey has been harder.

People react so differently when it becomes obvious to them that I am not eating. Fear, anger, disbelief, worry and concern for my health, curiosity, awe and admiration, suspicion and scepticism – the list of reactions is varied and vast.

Over the last months I have begun to withdraw, to speak less of it all, to arrange social interactions away from meal times so that this way of being remains undetected if possible. I find myself spending more time alone, meditating in my room, adjusting my energy fields, talking telepathically with the Light Beings who always seem to be beaming in, sending a clear ringing in my ear when they want me to be still and listen, to tune in to their channel.

In their world all I feel is love and peace, acceptance and a gentle guiding, an encouragement to have faith and stand tall, regardless of human reactions, and to rest regularly in the field of love within via meditation. Here I learn so much and begin the art of dematerialization and rematerialization, a topic that intrigues me.

I send my consciousness out of my body and call my molecules to follow, I feel my right foot disintegrating, disappearing. I open my eyes; look down, my foot has gone. Startled and surprised that it worked, my total awareness comes fully back into my physical form and then it happens ...

Saint German is beaming in. The energy in front of me is crackling, violet in its hue, a beam of pulsing light that every cell of my body responds to, intuitively knowing that this master of alchemy is one who has been telepathically hooking-in for some time.

He is just a beam of light, dancing energy with a specific form that firmly but gently says: - “It is time to choose.”

“Choose?” I telepathically respond.

“The path of service or the path of self mastery,” he states, referring to my recent reclusive meditations and interest in mastering the molecules for dematerialization practices.

“Umm ... service?” I quietly state.

I sense him smiling at my presence as he adds, “The path of service leads to self mastery and the path of self mastery leads to service.” It is a circle and either choice is fine, yet I have chosen and I know that this choice has brought an assignment. I wait.

“We invite you to speak about this to the global media.”

My immediate reaction is one of overwhelming no way – you’ve got to be joking! It’s hard enough living this way among friends, family and in our spiritual community – the media will rip this to shreds! All of this I think and feel, horrified at the thought, while this gloriously loving being of light patiently waits for my initial reaction to pass.

“I have a question,” he states, again speaking mind-to-mind, where our communion is the clearest. (Having been in communication with a ‘dead’ brother since age 14, then Biblical figures Elias and Elijah during 1987, then the Ascended Masters from 1992 on, clairaudience has become familiar.)

I listen ...

Saint Germain gently asks, “Is this truly possible for you?” he is asking if I know with every fibre of my being that prana alone is nourishing me.

“Of course it is, you all know this!” I know they knew, the question seems redundant, until he says something like,

“So if you know this as truth, then as you also know every second second a child is dying of hunger related disease, and knowing what you know, can you live with yourself morally, and not share this information?”

I feel as if I am in the middle of a rock and a hard place. The question is loaded, a trap from which I cannot escape and so another choice is made. I have no idea what awaits me and yet I know it will be a challenge. I feel unprepared, ill-informed; I am still trying to understand it all myself. At this point all I know is that the 21 day process that I underwent months before, had taken away all my hungers. The ‘how’ and the ‘why’ of it all still remained elusive.

No more was said that day and while I felt dread as to what may come from this commitment, having witnessed how easily that some media could turn truths into lies and misinformation, I also was left feeling somewhat divinely protected and blessed. Somehow I just knew that I was not alone, and that I was also extremely well loved and supported.

And yet there would be times to come in the following years where I would come to feel completely incapable of fulfilling this commitment. Yet somehow the strength and courage would come, along with the light of understanding.

All around the world people always ask me the “why” and the “when” questions.

Why did I decide to live on prana (as a nourishment source) and when did this begin for me.

Other people seem to think that at some point I decided to make a claim that people – including myself – could be free from the need to take physical food and live from prana alone, and that the making of this claim was motivated by a desire to gain attention, sell books, make money and generally defraud the gullible. To this I can only sadly smile for if this was my intention I would have never have chosen this particular ‘prana as nutrition’ pathway.

Still people have a right to be sceptical, critical and disbelieving until re-educated. As we all now know, education is the key to relieving ignorance and fear.

Motivation, intention, purity of heart, a higher calling that is beneficial for the world, these are things that often determine our success in life and so in this small booklet Memories & Motivations we hope to provide another layer to this story of “the when and the why.”

With our place already recorded in history – via various viewpoints – and with the movie In the Beginning There was Light currently making its own headlines, we add the following insightful stories of the breatharian pathway.

While I am not what I call a true breatharian this life, it is still a subject in which I have gained great learning. Yet in the following pages we will simply share stories and minimal insight to explain the “how it is possible,” as this has been well covered in our previous research manuals, particularly in the book In Resonance which looks at telepathy, cellular memory, past life phenomena, light beings, Universal Law and more plus the Prana Program manual and the book The Food of Gods.

The following pages will instead focus on the story of my own personal evolution with this pathway and the pathways of peace that followed.

The Why and the When

My journey with Pranic Nourishment

At no point in this life did I ever decide that I wished to stop taking physical food.

This was never an interest or even an inner call for me. And yet it happened.

This ability or gift simply came about as a natural by-product of a spiritual initiation I did in 1993.

My call – or motivation – in undergoing this spiritual initiation was about ascension, to merge more deeply and to become one with the divine essence within, to experience Buddha’s pure land, the “Kingdom of Heaven” within, that the teachings of Jesus spoke about when I was 7-years-old, imprinting me with the desire to experience this Kingdom first-hand.

Yet the universe reflects our own consciousness back to us, just as our dominant thought forms and heartfelt calls rearrange energy fields within and around us. So somewhere in time, I must have been personally interested in the “living purely on light (prana)” reality.

So when did this interest begin and why?

I learnt of the Way of Love when I walked the Earth in the time of the Christ.

I came again to be with the Cathars and live the Way of Love.

And now we come to teach of it.

The Way of Love is pranic living.

It is a divine romance of the purest love with our own enlightened nature until all we are is a pulse of its pure love and in that pulse there can be no hunger.

And here we are at our Sacred Art Retreat in Germany walking the Way of Love, talking about the ways of love and the Sacred Union of Heros Gamos.

There comes a point in every Sacred Art Retreat – and also in our Darkroom Retreats – where people harmonize and gel in the most perfected manner. Because we invite them to spend regular periods of deep silence, to let the creative process unfold as we listen instead to sacred music, because we begin the day with Qigong, then meditation, to move the chi, increase it and change brain wave patterns, because all are fed pure food in a highly charged pranic environment of nature, and because they are together with pure-hearted like-minded people; there comes a point where the energy field hits a note of resonance and peace becomes our partner.

Smiles fill eyes and faces, and serenity sets in, and the rhythm of a purer pulse rises from within us all to harmonize all who attend and fill the room with such peace.

Sweet Seduction

An energy of such sweet, seductive power has risen up within me, calling me into it and so I sit in still silence and allow myself to surrender fully into it. There are no words to even describe this space or how when we bathe in this infinite well of love, we feel so complete, so pure and yet aware because of the purity of what we are bathing in.

It’s as if there is an invisible hand on an internal dial that is cranking up the volume of something so indescribable that rises to engulf us in the most perfect and profound yet subtle way. It is an experience full of paradoxes that leaves a smile on our face and an imprint in our being that cannot be fully understood, only appreciated and enjoyed for all that it is.

It brings peace, contentment and nourishment in so many ways and it reveals itself in its own way, in its own time, when the energy streams can match it within us and around us. And yet we are never separate from it, it is always there, just its volume alters, the strength or subtlety with which it flows, and so I sit with our host, Shreyans, and indulge myself in this rhythm of love until the outside world calls us to rise and board another plane and rejoin our group of travellers in Rajasthan. - Jasmuheen

Energy Field Enhancement

There are times in life, days, hours or moments, where everything comes together with such perfection. It’s as if all the elements of people, words, hearts and even the environment open and coalesce into something so magical that everything is a joy. It is a time of the Ahh … where all is right with the world. So it has been this morning as the audience, my translator and I danced across life’s stage to share stories and words that I know can open hearts. How many seminar halls have we been in this last decade or so? How many stories have been told of those who dare to challenge the status quo just by being true to the call of their own heart? How many miraculous changes have I witnessed and how many have come to listen, to shine and to share? - Jasmuheen

We live in the most exciting times as humanity now stands at the threshold of a brand new world. As we leave behind us the chaos of systems that no longer support us, life can seem strange, challenging and tough, yet these changing times can be likened to a woman in labor who knows she is about to birth an amazing child.

As our world continues to merge with the higher dimensions of love and light, all that we hold true is being streamlined into a new harmonic wave that serves us all and so there is a very dynamic reweaving of our energy fields taking place on both personal and global levels. Understanding exactly what is occurring and how to weave our own fields into greater harmony is such an aid at this time.

As things continue to change around us, harmonizing themselves according to the clarity of visions and the purity of our hearts, life is easy now for some, more difficult for others as we unify more daily on personal levels with the divinity we are, and on global levels with each other.

The current focus for many now is field enhancement – having our energy field, our presence here, enhance human evolution in a harmonious way. All of this can be a fun and inspirational journey when we understand the basic science of it all. JASMUHEEN ON THE 3 DEATHS & HER GLOBAL ROLE WITH LIVING ON LIGHT

Sometimes we do things that push people’s buttons of awareness as we challenge the many limited beliefs we all still hold on earth. The alternative is to stay silent and accept society with all its limitations and to stay within the boxes of behaviour people want each other to be in. For some this is possible, for others this is impossible as something so strong within us pushes us into a new rhythm.
I think about the three people who died over 10 years ago now, around the 21 day Living on Light initiation process, and how I used to wish that their deaths had never occurred, and yet I cannot control when people die or how, or the rhythms that push people, from somewhere deep inside, to rise up and break out of limited patterns, or to answer the call to be part of an evolutionary path that stands before us, that is so immensely freeing and grand; a path that beckons us to know the divine essence within all and to also receive its gifts.
These things are not for me to control, for it is not a time of trying to control one another. It is a time of knowing and enjoying ourselves, of choosing the path of love not fear, of education not ignorance, of honour and respect for each other rather than judgment and disdain. It is a time of seeking harmony among us and resolutions to conflict that deliver beneficial outcomes to us all; of sitting down with family and friends, if required, and lovingly communicating our concerns until a problem is resolved in a way that serves us all.

Regardless of the thoughts of the inexperienced observers of our work as it unfolds in the world, the majority of those who gather with me are bright and intelligent people. They do not seek gurus nor are they naïve and ready to be led astray by some charismatic person. They, like myself and many others, have reached a point in their lives where they have asked, “Is the reality I have created, really serving myself and is it beneficially serving all in this world?” If the answer is ‘no’ then they seek ways to change their model of reality until it is; and if the answer is ‘yes’ then they seek to gather with others to share and combine their energies so that together we can enjoy a different harmony which is the unifying rhythm of love in our world.
Most people who come to our retreats choose to be well informed and have learnt to check things via the innernet and trust their intuitive guidance; still with the movie “In The Beginning There Was Light” being released and scepticism around this possibility rising again, it has been beneficial to look at exactly what we have achieved these past 17 years.
In our book The Prana Program, we shared that my role with this was as follows:-
1.    Discover The Prana Program’s gifts and live it all experientially thus proving to myself beyond a doubt its infinite possibilities as outlined in all of our books. This is a journey I intuitively began preparation for as a child. (See my new book Memories and Motivations.)
2.    Research all that I could on the subject, write about it and offer my research to the world in a pragmatic and simple way as possible. This included researching and simplifying data in the ancient and hidden mystery schools, and personally undergoing various alchemical initiations.
3.    Be a bridge regarding The Prana Program between the eastern understanding, and my own experience of prana, and introduce the benefits of increasing the pranic flow as widely as possible to the West, in a way that supports the paradise agenda.
4.    Find and support other proponents of this – Hira Ratan Manek, Zinaida Baranova, the Bigu states in the Qigong networks – and introduce their methodologies through our networks.
5.    Be a media spokesperson for The Prana Program and via holistic education principles utilize the media to anchor The Prana Program reality in the morphogenetic field.
6.    Set up both innernet and internet communications systems to share our research en mass as per my constant touring, books and websites.
7.    Introduce The Prana Program and its benefits through political networks, and formulate an effective program to combine and share our research with existing aid and resource redistribution programs via the United Nations and others.
Over the last decade we have achieved points 1 to 7 and have been supported by great Grace as we always are when we fulfill our blueprint. It was not in my blueprint to give a year or two of my time – as Hira Ratan Manek the solar gazer has done – to personally be involved with extensive medical and scientific testing. Yet it was in my blueprint to act as a cosmic reporter and share the results of Hira’s testing which has essentially proven the same thing – that a person can access enough prana, as an alternate form of nourishment so that they are free from the need to take physical food.
With all of this accomplished it is so nice to now move on to the more pragmatic applications of the agendas of the Embassy of Peace, knowing that people will experience this freedom of pranic living in their own time, when their resonance is right and when their hearts are open to such things. Fulfilling our pre-agreed agendas as joyously and with as much integrity as we can is always such a satisfying thing to do even though it is sometimes tempting to look back and see easier pathways to achieve it all. Still we do what we can as best we can in any given moment and from all of this we grow and learn.
NOURISHMENT FROM CHI, PRANA, THE UNIVERSAL LIFE FORCE happens as a direct response to our desire for it and as a natural response to our vibration. When we consciously tune ourselves to the Madonna Frequency and It's Channel of Divine Love and Wisdom, miracles happen! The ability to live on light is directly related to our ability to attract, absorb and radiate Divine Love which is determined by our lifestyle. It really is that simple! When our personal biofield is well tuned and we are four body fit, we can access DOW Power which has the ability to love us, guide us, heal us and also nourish our cells and not just our souls.
In order to co-create paradise we need to ensure that we adopt long term resource sustainability support systems and also redistribute our current resources so that we can adequately feed everyone now and in the future. At the moment the ability to be nourished by prana is way ahead of its time and there are many steps we need to take before this is a globally accepted lifestyle. For many, ITS MAIN GIFT IS FREEDOM OF CHOICE - to eat for pleasure and not for need. It takes 20 times the resources to put meat on our tables compared to grains so what the world is ready for, is global vegetarianism. Enough research has now been done to prove a) vegetarianism is GREAT for our health! b) Vegetarianism is GREAT re long term resource sustainability! c) 'Vegetarianism tunes our personal biofield to the vibration of compassion for all creatures.' The Seeds of Change

Finally the human heart is determining its own course and the purity contained within each heart is fulfilling our common desire for peace and true civility.
Finally the paradigm of one harmonious people united in compassionate action is one that has become so much more real.

We may be few but the strength does not lie in numbers.

My guidance as an Ambassador of Peace is to offer assistance and training, to anyone who comes to me, to: - a) gain clarity to help them manifest the Triple Win reality and b) to assist them to download from the infinite field of love the perfect resolutions to all conflict that will create a win-win-win situation; a win for the individual and all others involved in the situation plus a win for the planet as a whole.

We can no longer live in a me-me world focused on personal gain, and greed and ego issues, as the Christed waves in the Matrix – that are now feeding Earth’s evolution – no longer support these old paradigms. Understanding the energy waves in a field, applying Universal Law and working for the good of all allows us all access to great alchemy or forces which can bring lasting change into being.

There are so many different ways that we can direct, or alter the flow of energy, and every one of us does it every moment either consciously or not. For example, we can set up a grid point of radiation that beams out specific signals into the greater field and from this grid point we can venture out into the world to mingle with others and blend our energy fields just by being in each other’s presence. Even as a watcher in silence we are always mixing energy fields and are being affected by them to greater or lesser degrees. All of this mixes together throughout Gaia’s fields to determine the direction of our future and which dimensions we are magnetized into or move through. ‘I AM that I AM’

Only experience can deliver us into the ‘I know that I know’ or the ‘I AM that I AM’ of mastery which a seeker of esoteric truth will eventually come to BE. It is the doing that eventually allows the Being. It’s the seeking that allows the Beingness to be revealed. And it is in the purity of Beingness, where our essence lies, that we see that all the rest are just stories, streams of energy passing by that offer distraction, shadows and also richness to our lives if required. Pathways of Peace - Rhythms with Jasmuheen

There are many rhythms, in the realms as you know,

so many flavours to dive into, and grow,

such uniqueness, through all of our beings,

so many different ways, that we have, of seeing.

Here, we just tell stories, offer a few thoughts,

a way of being, that can make struggle short,

ways that can work, for all that will come,

who will follow, of course, their own inner drum.

The depth of love’s pool is limitless as well,

we cannot begin to even share, or tell,

because life is determined, by everyone’s beat,

the song that they carry, as they walk on their feet,

through the flows of time, on Earth, and beyond,

open to the dreaming, to a sweeter song.

Bliss some seek, or Samadhi, they will say,

enlightenment too, what it is to us this day,

to know true love, the beloved game,

to dance, feel happy, within this earth plane.

Some dream of more, of course, that is true,

of grand cities, fine apartments, a high-rise view,

so many desires, to carry all along,

so much to do, ‘til we feel our hearts song.

So many hungers, that we take care of,

according to what moves us, what we know of love.

Some are just new here, we know this as well,

it’s their time to enjoy, everything we tell.

So many flavours now within Earth’s field,

that young souls come here, just to taste this yield.

Duality itself, is so fascinating too,

so many have come, to enjoy Earth’s view.

Yet you will leave this plane, soon, far behind,

when you decide to flow, with a different tide.

Out of duality’s park, so to speak,

out of old rhythms, all now can leap.

Yes, the doors are open, to swim into,

the oneness rhythm, with its fabulous hues.

So we wish to affirm, just a little bit more,

of the beings of light, who can come to your door,

when you least expect it, when you quietly abide,

in stillness, in solitude, opening wide,

just being that rhythm, of love, deep inside,

or watching the breath, go along with that ride.

Many ways of meditation, many ways to be,

when all sit down and open to the we.

Ask to feel oneness, love’s flavour as well,

to know global harmony, and also its spell.

To see the science, whatever you need,

so that you can come on board, free now of greed,

just to be happy, to have arrived at all,

to add your flavour, to this new cosmic ball.

There is etiquette, of course, as we meet with love,

beaming from our hearts, like peace-filled doves.

At times words touch true, at times they fly away,

so we just come back to the heart each day.

So we cannot speak, of what will happen,

because, quite simply, anything can.

Thoughts are your drivers, like your essence and pulse,

they will set up patterns, to move you through realms.

Your radiation, is, your divine access code,

revealing, inner plane doors, a silent abode,

where all is revealed, as true matches are given,

as like attracts like, ‘til we find true love’s rhythm.

For all is a mirror, of that which we are,

above, as below, sometimes it seems bizarre,

yet it follows a rhyme, it follows pure reason,

it follows universal laws, which some are seasoned,

in knowing about, and then applying them as well,

so we’ve seen great changes, in the ways that you gel.

So all that we have done, in our sharing jar,

is offer paths of peace, that will bring you far,

in to new rhythms, that will serve with great love,

when you relax, let go, and open to above.

It is your Earth now, you know this as well,

you decide each chapter, and where you will dwell.

You can stay contained in your earth bodies,

or expand again and witness other eddies,

and tides and flows, in the matrix of love,

the creation it carries in its divine glove,

expressing itself uniquely we know,

yet there all the same, as an energy flow.

There is nothing to fear in this field of yours,

about ET’s, light beings and UFO’s.

It’s all harmonics that pure intention drives,

to the right fields, to get the best rides.

By-pass the others, don’t stop along the way,

just keep your focus, on that union day,

the merging, the melting, the gelling along,

the finding of new rhythms with a pure heart song.

Channelling the Best

Without our willingness to channel the best, we cannot even begin. Whether it is creating a new life or a new world or a piece of art or music or writing, it all begins with being open. First in imagination, then in will, then in reality, is an old saying but true. Our gifts to this world, and this realm’s gifts to us can come in many ways, often as we least expect them but they come especially when we are open to give, open to receive.

•If step one is being willing, then

•step two is making the time to clear some space in our lives to receive. Being in stillness, enjoying the silence so that we can tune to the inner realms where the intuitive creative flow runs like a river, a subtle current, through us all.

•Step three is then deciding which channel you wish to tune to, to download from, rather than just opening without discernment to any channel, for there are many layers within the fields, many realms seeking expression – from the astral to the realms of ascended light.

•Step four is the process of allowing, allowing it all to flow though us. Always listening to the rhythm of our heart, to its natural song of expression so that this heart energy is embedded in all that we do.

TENDER HEARTED BEING with Jasmuheen

As time unfolds around us in this dual-natured world we are now witnessing so many things. Some feel as if they stand in the calm centre of a hurricane that is shaking up life around them as they witness huge changes in the lives of many they love. Others who live in a pool of peace, feel the ripples of great change flow across the surface of their life for they are anchored deep in the Beingness of their own Divine nature. Here they are detached, content yet also aware of the necessity for these changing rhythms in life.

Things change — this is the only constant we know.

What is, is — is another constant that helps us relax and choose pathways of peace to go beyond this dual-natured world.

Yet even in the ‘what is, is’ energy, we can still accept that some situations have evolved to such a point that the only thing left for us to do is change our attitude so that the ‘what is, is’ does not dis-empower us in any way.

Through complicated issues and/or lack of good communication, marriages crumble; people move on via death or divorce, while others get sick and then become consumed with finding the right pathway back to health.

Others have been forced to let go of long held dreams as they now approach retirement and find that the funds set aside to support this have disappeared during this ongoing global financial crunch. All of it is leaving so many now in a state of tender heartedness — compassionate, empathetic and very real in the dealing’s of the human heart.

The past year on tour I have heard so many stories, witnessed so much human suffering, as people everywhere around me struggle to come to terms with the changes in both their personal and also global world.

Maybe these blessings can be as simple as the fact that we can change the experience of life by changing the rhythm of our breath; the fact that we can all breathe, and slow it down to such a deep, refined, and gentle rhythm, allowing us to access the more subtle planes of peace and love within us, a place we can relax and take shelter from any storm, in life’s ever changing sea.

Sometimes true peace is only a few breaths away. So in this book of poems and insights, our focus will be on the Pathways of Peace that surround us.

There are so many paths when we know where to look, and what to align to, and why, so that we can navigate peacefully through these changing times, and help others to do the same — if and when required.

Pranic Streams

Pranic streams for nourishment happen magnetically with like attracting like with a flow coming that is strong enough to provide all that the body needs to be without physical food, or with a magnetic flow that is not quite strong enough to do this. Changing our lifestyle, particularly attitudes, mind-sets and beliefs, can easily change our magnetic attractor patterns since the Universal Law of Resonance governs all of this.

It is thus the same for everything else in our life that we are open to experience. Awareness and education opens the field of possibility, and then a clear intention begins the flow towards us of the new energy stream that we are open to be nourished by, merge into, or be melded with. The strength, attributes and power of this stream can only be a direct match with our own capacity to handle it and match frequencies with it.

So intention and breath must also be matched with personal field resonance, to receive the complete quotient of what each wave in the matrix can carry to us. Intention opens the door, breath determines the directional pull and begins the magnetic flow to the thinker of the intentional thought, and then as the wave passes through us it can only deliver that which we are able to match with, the rest will then flow on.

For me it is so beautiful to lie in stillness in the middle of the night and be instructed in all of this, to do it and feel the flows of energy passing through me, depositing into each cell that which I am open to and able to receive.

To breath, inhale, “I AM JOY” delivers waves of joy; to inhale a stream of pure love with “I AM LOVE,” or a stream of courage or clarity; whatever our essence wishes to strengthen through the personality field so that true sacred union can be entered into by the blending and merging with such pure, undiluted energy flows. All of this is food for our emotional and spiritual being, healing, rebalancing, recharging, redefining and more.

If everything is a reflection of our own consciousness then on one level it is hard to comment on anything. We can only make observations and share any insights in the knowledge that the only truth is the experience we have when we stand in the Heart of the Matrix of Creation and allow ourselves to be absorbed and overwhelmed by its love. Everything else must reside within the mental plane which is then subject to everyone’s interpretation.

I remember many years ago one of the Holy Ones sharing with me that one of the most debilitating energies was judgment – of ourselves and also others – and that one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves and others is the gift of unconditional love, in the knowledge that the Divine One Within us all is guiding us through many different experiences, so that we can gather and exhibit more virtues and also to give us the wondrous experience of being a divine being living in a denser dimension, with all that this entails. – Jasmuheen

Love is addictive, it is effervescent in its nature as is its joy. It catches us unawares with its depth and rewards. There are the deepest currents of the purest love bubbling through the Matrix of life that in turn then bubbles through us. When we dive into this current via our lifestyle and focus, we receive all the nourishment we need so that we are free to give that love without condition or thought of reward and in this very act of pure intention comes the most amazing gifts. Stages & Grace

As I have shared so often before, there are various stages we go through in our journey through the fields of life, when we are open to manifesting the divinity that we are and these are described in many books including my own. Eventually we come into that space of absolute perfection where all we see is the good in all and the God in all and all our hungers disappear. It is a space of Being, not doing, as our own personal radiation beams out whatever is required into the world, effortlessly and with Grace.

Our personal energy emanations are also influencing the world around us regardless of what our reality models are, this is just a natural system of magnetic attraction. Hence the emphasis on being aware regarding what we are radiating and the copious amount of tools to retune ourselves as given out by the indigenous shaman, yogis and metaphysicians.

Grace is one indicator that the way we are living our lives is beneficial for the greater whole and we know if our spiritual realities and lifestyles are working for us by how the universe responds to us and how much Grace is in our lives. Grace can be a steady flow – a powerful stream that carries us effortlessly through life as the Creator Gods that we are, or it can be a now and then event that, when we see it and feel it, leaves us hungry for more.

In the deepest currents of the purest field of love, there can be no hungers or desires for all we feel is the deepest contentment and peace; when Grace abounds in our life, we lack for nothing, we are free.

And yet?

I say and yet, because for many now this life is not about personal realities anymore but about global. For others it is also about universal. Once the personal reality has been locked in effectively enough to attract a constant flow of Grace and inner plane support, and we lack for nothing in our mastery, for we understand the workings of the fields, then our time here becomes one that is dedicated to service, for the upliftment of the whole. Not because we suffer from a ‘God complex’ or the need to save the world, but simply because it is time for earth to enter en-mass into a higher paradigm and we all control the timing of when this happens. – Jasmuheen

Doing our bit

In order to move to the next prophesied level we need to unify in love and focus on paradigms that honour and respect all life. There is no mystery to the experience of Divinity; the workings of energy fields are quite simple.

What we focus on grows, we all know this.

We all also know that many walk among us now in service to the greater whole to support this process of positive evolution. Some do this by sitting on a mountain top enjoying the fullness of each moment, just being, rarely doing anything except radiating a constant stream of their love light through the fields. Others do this by caring selflessly for family and friends. Some produce works or art or music that awaken the soul’s light while others write books or come to the aid of whoever they find is in need. Some have done all of this and more and some still struggle to make sense of it all or just to survive.

For those still struggling to make sense of it all, or just to survive, there comes a time when help is magnetized to them if it is for their highest good. Sometimes we must struggle alone through these things in order to receive some inner strength or insight that can only be gained by living through every moment of it. The complexities are endless for we are creative beings and the Matrix of Creation is vast.

Experiments & Celebrations

My life particularly, is one of successive experiments. Things like fine-tuning my own energy field to see if I could firstly exist in harmony on all levels of my own being and hence have no hungers. Fine-tuning myself according to Universal Laws so that I experience Grace constantly rather than randomly; fine-tuning myself in the Matrix so that I enhance all and am enhanced by all; experimenting with the flows of unconditional love for myself and others; experimenting with the ‘let go and just flow’ idea, the ‘be fully present in the moment’ reality and so much more. This led me to the ‘Beingness’ game of Divine Perfection and Divine Marriage where retiring into India seems like such a good idea, especially when I am there. And yet for those of us in fulltime selfless service it is not about us, it is about the totality of human consciousness here, now, of which we are all a part. We are here, now, breathing together, living together, experimenting and fine-tuning together – consciously or not, each one seeking different experiences and enjoyments from the web of life that holds us all. – Jasmuheen

Because I Love You

Sometimes we enter into an understanding in life that appears to be a revelation. A new way of Being or seeing things that then takes us into a new direction, a new experience or mode of operation.

“Because I love you …” did it for me.

In the game of divine marriage we surrender all aspects of ourselves to the command of our already ascended nature, the master computer controller of the one I call the DOW – the Divine One Within. This act of sincere surrender releases a power of love and wisdom within us that then slowly rises to flood through our bio-system and out into the surrounding energy fields.

The process that unfolds this can be toned up or down at will just via our attention, focus and how we choose to spend our time on a moment by moment basis. This merging and blending within us is an interesting thing to witness as the chain of command changes and anchors itself within to the deep pure stream of the enlightened pulse that has always beat within us as pure prana.

The rising of this pulse so that it becomes our dominant beat brings many changes that while subtle can be life altering and profound.

For example, I have led an active, sport-filled life indulging in track and field, diving and ball sports from cricket to basketball and even a little golf when I was much younger. As a young mother I turned to yoga, tai chi and later qigong for system energy boosting plus to reduce stress levels and keep my immune system strong. As I got slowly older, I found myself at the gym and also doing yoga often with an idea that I wanted to prevent something. Prevent illness, slow the signs of or prevent aging, prevent the body breaking down by living a more holistic lifestyle. Eventually we realised that the 8 Point Luscious Lifestyles Program was a wonderful ‘preventative’ package. The word ‘preventative’ I realised is actually based in fear to greater or lesser degrees.

For me I exercised also on one level because I didn’t like what happened when I didn’t exercise. I have also kept a strong pranic pulse as I didn’t like my life as much if I didn’t. The strong pranic pulse of our DOW brings or sets in place a magnetic attractor pattern that keeps us in a field of grace which is also quite addictive.

I realised today that there is a big difference to say “I exercise or live a certain way because I don’t like who I am or my life when I don’t” or “because it’s good for me” to the attitude of “Because I love you I will …” ‘I’ in this case is our DOW, the integrated us, when the chain of command has been given, you are in Divine Marriage – there is no separation between ego and lower nature – our ascended nature and you clearly feel that and know that the physical, emotional, mental bio-system is here only to serve you – as the pure Divine Spark that you are.

As a master, what sort of experience is then sought? Can it be just to enhance and be enhanced? Whatever is chosen, a master who is loving and wise then in a loving and wise manner will take care of the bio-system operation so that its performance is peak and problem free, a smooth ride to be in.

I saw myself then lovingly walking on my treadmill, talking lovingly to my body, existing lovingly in my body, enticing with love and watching the body system changing to become strong and pure in its operational mode just because it can and is supported with love to do so. An energy stream changed within me when I saw this vision and another rose beside it of me stepping onto the treadmill, there because I was wanting to prevent something life lack of fitness etc.

My inner Beingness had begun to sing to me then to say …

Because I love you

I will design the

perfect day for you …

a day I know that would support the bio-system perfectly that would enhance it and thus enhance the world in turn by its frequency emanations which would of course have a stronger pranic pulse.

To really love something or someone is to enhance them, to do the best for them, to support them without judgement or threat of fear or emotional blackmail or control and intimidation.

To really love the bio-system that supports us as we serve and enjoy this realm, means lovingly attending to its needs, making choices and spending time in ways that enhance the whole system and allow it to run at peak performance rhythms, harmonious with other energy systems around it.

Yes it is also about unconditional love of all aspects of our own Beingness, about acceptance and enjoyment of how things are, the perfection of the now and all of that as well. This is a given and not the focus here. The point of the “Because I love you” paradigm is the allowing.

Allowing the God I am within, our Atman our DOW to create moment after moment of flows of support so that we may play throughout all realms with joy, unrestricted by streams that no longer serve this new way of Being.

Free, fluid, flexible, no hiccups in energy flow, no digression from the field of Grace, no more feeling as if we wander in and out of this channel and are yet to stabilise within it.

The channel of Grace rises also within and around us in response to our pranic pulse and how strongly it beats within us. When its beat is clear and pure we stand as one, united and harmonised within locked in the rhythm of something pure, perfect and profound. When its beat is weak we are living in the beta brainwave patterned world of various limitations.

True surrender into the Oneness paradigm comes in its own way and time and is dependent on many factors. Life experiences, virtues gained and understood, choices made, attitudes held, lifestyles maintained or fashioned according to it all. All of these are like ingredients added to a bowl that we call our bio-system. As we have long known, when mixed together, blended and merged they transmit a resonance or keynote that set up magnetic attractor patterns to which the universe then responds in turn. If we change the ingredients mix, we change the experience we have in life.

Because I love you … adds another beat to it all … because I love you adds a flavour of freedom, an invitation to step into a new way of doing and being that has another musical note again, a note that adds another flavour to the bio-system bowl.

Perfect days … perfect ways … because I love you … we enjoy exercise each day, and time to be strong and healthy.

Because I love you, each day we enjoy resting in??

Because I love you, we enjoy each day in Mother Nature’s bosom.

Because I love you, each day we blend with music’s pure rhythms.

Because I love you, we exercise each day, loving each moment we do so …

Because I love you, we rest in silence to know Peace’s deeper rhythms.

Because I love you, we are prana fed for then life is just much freer …

Because I love you, we have cosmic sex; know tantra at its ripest.

Because I love you, abundance flows, providing perfection to each moment.

Because I love you, you may, now rest and enjoy life’s sweeter rhythms.

- Surely we can live in peace?

- Surely we can find a way to exist in harmony together?

- Surely we can find better solutions than waging war upon each other?

- Surely we can provide a better future for our children?

- Surely we can find better systems of energy that do not deplete our Earth’s resources?

- Surely we can …

“And so the questions and ponderings go on, building and building until that planet begins to send a collective pulse of thought-form that contains these questions, out into the quantum field, with such force of enquiry and deep hearted desire, that the planet and her people attract the attention of streams of consciousness that held the answers to such ponderings. And this Earth’s people have done.

“With this sincere desire leading your way, Earth came under our spotlight, you could say, in a manner that has coincided now with the fulfilment of prophecy.

“The Intergalactic Federation of Worlds Council is like your United Nations but on a cosmic level. One of our jobs, so to speak, is to oversee the rising of the worlds and when your collective frequency has matched the frequency that is required for this rising to be complete, then it will be so; and your world and her peoples will never know war, loss, loneliness, fear or separation again. It is time to put these things behind you if this be your desire.

“Your first key to this is to make the children of your world your number one priority rather than the creation of weapons of war.

“When you collectively decide to make the children of your world the number one agenda, to which all resources must go, then and only then will your world know permanent peace.

Yet this knowledge can only be a truth for you when it is a real experience rather than a spiritual ideology or goal.

“There are of course many pathways offered on your world for this to be an experiential truth and thankfully you hold within you the perfect guide to lead you deep into this experience of Oneness, of your divine light and your supreme capacity for love and compassion, so that you will find the perfect solutions to harmoniously unify your world and provide a future for your children that you can be proud of.

“We state again,

“It is the time of the children. Peace will come to Terra when you make your children your main focus. So it is and so it always has been.

“When you know the pure essence of that which you are only then will you see the pathway home and provide what your children need, so that your planet can ascend and be permanently anchored once more in the realm of light.

“This, then, becomes the second key to your ascension to a higher light; the experiential knowledge of your own Christed nature so that the time of the revelation and the rapture can come to pass in a way that unifies you all.

“The ‘Christed’ nature is your infinite aspect of love and wisdom that all carry within in the Kingdom of Heaven as once was told.

“As your planet shifts and changes and old systems crumble, it will become apparent that the only non-changing, completely nourishing reliable source, on which you can rely, will be this already ascended, pure part of yourselves that is awaiting your marriage with it.

“Forces have convened now both globally and universally. There is no stopping this train of movement that you now find yourselves upon.

“Your transition into this light-filled path with its days of revelation and ways of rapture is unstoppable yet you do control both the timing and the intensity. You control this via your collective vibration.

“When you step out from the rivers of fear and separation and into the currents of love, then all will unfold smoothly as has been foretold so often before.

“It is time to marry your intellect and logic with your intuition and your heart. This too has been said so often before and this too is another key to the rising of your world.

Introduction:- Intentions, outcomes and definitions.

Q: What is your intention with offering The Prana Program to Third World countries? What outcome would you like to achieve?

A: After 12 years - as at 2005 - of experiential research and refinement of this feeding system in the west, and with the continuing focus on providing more effective aid packages into countries like Africa, and Third World countries, we would like to add our research as an additional layer to the usual aid programs. Using modern technology of the internet with audio and visual presentations, we can train people to understand and teach a simple program of alternate internal nutrition, and thus alleviate some of the stress of trying to distribute other resources into these areas.

We also hope to reduce mortality rates and pro-actively improve health and happiness levels of those struggling to survive who currently suffer from lack of proper nourishment. With a child dying of hunger related diseases every 2 seconds there is nothing to be lost and everything to be gained by adding The Prana Program to existing aid packages.

Q: Is it your intention that The Prana Program replace normal food supplies in all countries?

A: In the short term definitely not. However increasing the pranic flow, and adding the mindset that prana can provide an additional level of nourishment, can be very beneficial to all. For example, I know of many people who for years have lived very healthily without taking vitamin supplements and whose calorie intake has averaged less than 300 calories per day - myself included. By relying on prana to provide what we need nutritionally, our dependency on global food resources has dropped substantially with no detriment to our health. For example, in a recent BBC documentary where people in Ethiopia were existing only on wild cabbage grass, when their food rations ran out, this would not be a problem if prana can supplement their diet until aid programs were more effectively placed. In the long term the successful implementation of The Prana Program will eliminate the need for many external aid programs.

Q: Wouldn't the correct implementation of The Prana Program also affect the operational status of existing aid programs?

A: Yes definitely. Many aid programs provide water and food and the means of cultivation of both. As community calibrations change and success is activated with the physical nourishment aspect of The Prana Program then we will see an improvement also in community health. Programs with an emphasis on farming and food production will change dramatically.

Q: How can this be most easily achieved?

A: In five ways.

1) Education to understand The Prana Program and the adoption of new mindsets;

2) Breathing techniques based on ancient proven practices;

3) The use of specific internal feeding mechanisms that magnetize an increased pranic flow to nourish and hydrate the physical system;

4) Community support to experience and support The Prana Program first hand;

5) Responsible media reportage to highlight the success and spread The Prana Program methodology.

Q: How do you propose The Prana Program be taught in Third World countries?

A: As this is a pioneering field we are obviously open to recommendations but suggest that it initially be trialed in one village so that adjustments to the model and success assessments can be made. Also with the simple Sway and Tummy Breath test tools people can self assess every step of the way although results will easily be evident by an increase in health and a decrease in mortality rates.

Initially we would also look at training within aid agencies using Audio/Visual and PowerPoint presentations as well as personal instruction regarding our research and tools.

The best teacher of this is obviously someone who is successfully living it and has proven personal results for they are individuals who are free of doubt and fear in this field.

THE PRANA PROGRAM for 3rd World communities

So to apply The Prana Program to Third World countries, there are 3 areas we need to address:-

•Mental attitudes & mindsets

•Community life PLUS

•How to create & utilize alternate internal and external pranic feeding mechanisms including accessing solar micro food.

Part A:- MENTAL ATTITUDES, MINDSETS & MISCELLANEOUS QUESTIONS

Introduction: One of the most important aspects of The Prana Program is education into the power of the human mind. This includes the proven power of positive thinking which research shares can increase a person¡¦s lifespan by 20% compared to those who consistently think negatively. Understanding also how to use our higher capabilities of brain power by creative visualization, will and intention, we can improve health and longevity levels in all countries and cultures. By combining mind mastery with ancient yogic practices and modern western research, we can re-educate all to the benefits of The Prana Program.

Q: How would you describe prana to a largely uneducated, Third World population?

A: Everyone has certain beliefs so we may need to find their terms to describe prana. For example, to the Christians we would describe prana as a nourishing aspect of the God force. For many it is not that difficult to understand that there is a force of energy that breathes us all, that loves us and that we can feel this love when we meditate upon it and that there is a force that guides us via our intuition.

With the acceptance of all of this, then the idea that this invisible force can also manufacture and deliver into our cells all the nutrition we need to be healthy and self regenerate, is not that difficult. Hopefully then we can also share the idea that this force can nourish us regardless of how much or how little we physically have to eat. With sound holistic education regarding the mind/body connection we can teach how to increase the flow of cosmic particles to our systems in a way that can feed us on all levels.

Q: How can The Prana Program be used as an alternate source of nourishment and hence be of benefit to underdeveloped Third World countries, or even to first world countries, that are suffering from lack of proper nourishment?

A: By the use of simple meditation tools, breath techniques and visualization procedures, we can instruct people how to nourish themselves from within and decrease their dependance on external food. This increases their self reliance and provides them with greater independence from the world¡¦s food resources and allows them to be nourished not just physically but also emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Q: Surely people in Third World countries, or even First World countries, who are suffering from undernourishment firstly need access to good food and then education regarding healthy food choices?

A: Holistic education is required to break the cycles of poverty and good nourishment will simultaneously provide the strength to do it. Both go hand in hand. It is important to relieve people of the victim type consciousness that can accrue as they wait for the west to redistribute and deliver resources. The Prana Program allows for personal affirmative action.

Q: You talk in previous chapters about the need for people to have a particular calibration to safely exist on a prana only nourishment. How does this apply in Third World countries?

A: On one level it doesn¡¦t apply as the fact is that people are dying regardless, so The Prana Program may save lives that are already on the path to being lost, due to lack of availability of physical food, so we have nothing to lose and everything to gain by applying this program in Third World countries. In the west calibration levels apply to minimize unnecessary physical system damage.

Q: What about the spiritual reality of karma and souls choosing to incarnate into situations of starvation and poverty for their karmic learning and rebalancing?

A: In esoteric circles, it is well understood that people choose in each embodiment their culture, their parents, their race and the locality of their embodiment. Many believe that some people have entered into environments of poverty and suffering to complete karmic ties and chapters that have been unfinished from other lives. Regardless of this, many are very aware of the apathy that can come when one looks at the game of karma particularly regarding the caste system in India. It is easier to dismiss, and be inactive rather than active, by saying 'It's their choosing - it is nothing to do with us¨.

Apathy separates, constructive compassion unifies.

Regardless of this, karmic learning can still be gained and energies rebalanced while living in a situation where basic human rights are met. As empathetic and aware adults we can work together to at least feed, clothe, shelter and holistically educate those open to this basic right. To do this is a sign of a civilized world.

Q: What about research into the field of solar nourishment?

A: As was discussed in detail in the previous chapter, Solar Nourishment is another way of gaining nutrition that we need by utilizing the sun¡¦s energy and absorbing this directly through our eyes into our brain which again stimulates the master glands and changes brain wave patterns. We will also share a simple solar nourishment program shortly.

Q: What has your research found regarding the role of our brain and our ability to be fed by prana or cosmic particles?

A: There are two levels to consider here.

a) Physical brain stimulation and re-programming and using new software (specific mental commands) for the brain's computer to run, and

b) Master gland activation and stimulation to change basic brain wave activity from Beta to Alpha to Theta.

When these are attended to we begin to utilize the 4/5th's of the brain not normally used so we can tap into other levels of ability.

Part B:- COMMUNITY LIFE – ADULTS INFLUENCING THE FIELDS & CREATING A NOURISHING AND SUPPORTING FIELD FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR CHILDREN.

Q: How can you expect children under 5 or even older, to be aware of the need to hold certain mental attitudes towards their nourishment? Surely all a small child understands is the ache of hunger in their stomach?

A: A journalist once said to me that young children die each minute from starvation and malnutrition and that changing our beliefs and mindset about nutritional requirements of food would not save them. However when we understand the dynamics of energy, we understand that children are linked to their parents’ energy fields, particularly that of the mother, until they are 18 months to 2 years old. They then begin the process of separation, which some schools of thought say is completed between 14 and 21, depending on the individual. Change the lifestyles and beliefs of the parent and the community and the child will change. Hence in The Prana Program we need to educate experientially the adults first who can then hold the field of support for the children.

Q: What research statistics can you share that may inspire this change.

A: The facts are that malnutrition contributes to nearly seven million child deaths every year – more than any infectious disease, war or natural disaster, according to the 1998 State of the World’s Children Report released by UNICEF, the United Nations Children’s Fund.

No less than half of all children under the age of five in South Asia and one-third of those in sub-Saharan Africa, as well as millions of children in industrialized countries, are malnourished. Three-quarters of the children who die worldwide of causes related to malnutrition are what nutritionists describe as “mildly to moderately malnourished” and show no outward signs of problems. Consciously adding prana as an additional nutrition source can only be beneficial especially when we consider:-

 The approximate number of children who starve to death every day: 40,000

 How frequently a child dies of starvation: Every 2 seconds

 The number of people who will starve to death each year: >60 million

 The number of pure vegetarians who can be fed on the amount of land needed to feed 1 person consuming a meat-based diet: 20. (This number could be closer to 150 if you’re talking about pure Rawfood-vegetarians.)

 The number of people who could be adequately fed by the grain saved if Americans reduced their intake of meat by 10%: 60 million.

 Number of people who can be nourished by prana: limitless

 $ cost of pranic nourishment and production = $0

Q: How do you hope to address the challenge of educating adults in these communities and inspiring them to adopt the prana mindset?

A: When adults are exposed to the reality of many individuals worldwide being able to live on prana, they will lose their fear and change their mindset. This will lead to a modification in the frequency and quality of the energy they emit, and their children will respond accordingly. Everything is interconnected. The secret is in the understanding of the power of the mind over our molecular structure and although those who have not felt the power of their DOW may not understand the experience of feeling interconnected to everything, nonetheless education with practical tools will help.

It is also important to keep our focus clear. The pranic nourishment solution is a bridge to freedom only because it is one way to unlock the majestic power of our DOW. It is not about whether we eat or don’t eat, but whether we need to. It is about being free from the erroneous fear that says, “If we don’t eat food we will die”, and it is also a wonderful skill to have in times of famine from war or Earth changes. This is part of the new mindset that needs to be offered into communities that are dependant on external food resources in a way that is detrimental to them.

Q: What do you mean by ‘dependant on external food resources in a way that is detrimental to them’?

A: If food resources are being sent to these countries but they are not being appropriately distributed – as has been the case with some of the African aid – then it is imperative that the local population are taught to unhook themselves from their dependency on the performance of others and in this way education into The Prana Program can help as it promotes self reliance.

An Indian guru I knew once said: “Never be dependant on anything outside of yourself” and now that we have experientially researched prana’s nutritional aspects then we can offer this also as an aid. Providing tools and education to move beyond victim consciousness is a very beneficial evolutionary program.

Q: You touched on this in Chapter 7 but can you share more regarding how The Prana Program will combat world hunger issues, particularly re resource redistribution?

A: The success of pranic nourishment in combating global hunger is dependant on a massive re-education program into self-responsibility and self-refinement that honors all our bodies from the physical to the spiritual.

How long until eating for pleasure rather than for need becomes an everyday possibility in the west, is up to each one of us, and as more of us allow our DOW to sustain us, then the sooner the idea of not needing to eat food can move from the miraculous into the everyday and into Third World countries.

It is actually the 8 point Luscious Lifestyle Program that if adopted by more, will bring the most dramatic change. When this lifestyle is applied in the west many people will naturally become more service-minded and more active in compassionately addressing the problems of others. So much can be taught freely to change what is happening in Third World situations by the re-education of all. As we find our emotional and mental nourishment moving from beyond greed for material things, we can effectively redistribute needed resources.

Q: You stress the need for holistic education, so exactly what do you feel needs to be taught in countries with hunger and lack of nutrition challenges?

A: Firstly as all people can breathe and breathing is free, this is the first tool to teach people regardless of where they now live. To do pranayama, means to do particular breathing exercises that feed and nourish the energy fields of all the human bodies.

Pranayama breathing exercises and even qigong can easily be taught to young and old to improve their health and vitality levels. Coupled with programming and mind power techniques, radical transformations can be made regardless of our circumstances. All can use the breath techniques in Part C daily and feel the difference.

More can also be immediately taught about the amazing capabilities of the human bio-system including the mind/body connection, and how to effectively reprogram ourself to be free from limiting beliefs. We need to understand mentally how prana is a viable alternative source of nourishment that is available now and for free.

People die from starvation because they have not yet been taught about this alternative nutrition source, or about mind mastery and the power of their focused thought to create a different reality. Many have not yet discovered the true power of the Divine Force within and how breath techniques can nourish them on all levels as they are too busy trying to survive. Being able to live without food from the physical realms becomes quite simple when we understand how and it will make the survival game easier for many.

To reiterate: Breathing is free and breath techniques can be taught to gain increased nourishment and health and longevity. Thinking is free, so mind mastery programming techniques can also be taught immediately. The power of prayer and healing through song can be taught as well as a basic understanding of universal law. It all just needs to be delivered in an easy to understand conceptual framework with simple pragmatic tools.

Q: You often talk about reducing the expenditure on weaponry, can you discuss this more?

A: Definitely, before the war on terrorism, the World Bank released statistics that showed that just one third of our annual global military budget could be redirected each year to eliminate global poverty. We also know that warfare has been the most common human cause of famine for in addition to destroying crops and food supplies, warfare also disrupts the distribution of food through the use of siege and blockade tactics.

Our proposal for eventual global disarmament will eliminate this problem of warfare and many of us are now in service pragmatically creating change for global civility. With pranic nourishment we do not need to grow crops, so famine from drought will not be a problem. With pranic nourishment we do not need to slaughter animals or even eat a ‘balanced diet’ and we will not get malnutrition, as all that our body needs can come from prana when we learn how.

Simplistically our global expenditure on weaponry is because we live in fear; and increasing the pranic flow eliminates fear and makes us more compassionate so we have no need for such destructive weaponry.

ADDITIONAL RESEARCH ON PRANA, BIGU AND HEALING

Q: You say that the qigong community have done a lot of research into Bigu, can you provide more data on this?

Answer with Eltrayan: Yes, on page 286 in the book Scientific Qigong Exploration by nuclear physicist Lu Zuyin, he shares further about the state of Bigu and also about the experiments conducted on people who have not eaten for up to 6 years. “Bigu is a state in which a person maintains a normal life without taking any food. Standard Bigu means very little or no intake of water. Basic Bigu means only drinking water and juice. Non-standard Bigu means ingesting water, juice and occasionally juicy fruits and vegetable soups.”

Q: Are there any documented researched cases of Bigu?

Answer with Eltrayan: Yes a Chinese girl in New York has been in a state of ‘Bigu’ since 21 October 1987 when she attended a prana emitting lecture by a prana master. At that time she was aged 10. After 10 months from the start of her Biju, the Chinese Military Academy of Medicine organised 8 medical experts to conduct a month long investigation of her. They reached the conclusion that in spite of her extremely insufficient intake of calories and nutrition she had maintained her normal life and growth and the stability of internal physiological conditions. A light duty worker normally needs 2,200 kilocalories each day, but her daily nutrition consumption was only 200 to 300 kilocalories each day, and calculations showed that according to her daily activities, that she needed at least 1500 kilocalories per day. These facts seriously challenged modern physiology.

OTHER RESEARCH

In 1998, a journalist called Stephen Janetzko gave me an article that I believe was published in November 1976, by Germany’s Esotera Magazine. It contained an in-depth article called “Sei wurden zu menschlichen Pflanzen” (or “They Changed to Human Plants”) and it appears to have been written by Von Dr. Albert A. Bartel.

Focusing on the work of Dr Karl Graninger, it also reports on Maria Furtner from Frasdorf in Bavaria who lived 52 years drinking only water from the mineral spring near her home. Maria underwent a three week observation period in Munich University Hospital to prove she didn’t need to eat. When released from the hospital she walked the 60km home in three days without problem.

Then there was Resl – Theresa Nuemann, who I mention in my first book. She lived in the Bavarian Forest in Konnersreuth. Her only food each day for 17 years was a consecrated wafer. X-rays showed her bowels to be pencil thin.

Then there was Anna Nassi, who was the child of a farmer from Deutenhofen in Bavaria. Her teacher told the researchers for the article that Anna lived for 6 years on only water.

After the First World War in Europe, Austrian specialist Dr Karl Graninger noticed that although people had become prisoners of war, not all returned from the war camps unhealthy. For some the fasting, fresh air, meagre diets and non-smoking was very beneficial physically.

The idea that some had starved and were quite ill after imprisonment while others were healthier fascinated him. Consequently from 1920 to 1940 when he died, Dr Graninger conducted research into the phenomena of “inedia paradoxa” – or living without food. Finding 23 cases in the west of Europe, his test subjects were mostly women and children who were observed to live without food for both long and short periods of time. All subjects were found to have character attributes of patience, devotion and godliness.

In Summary:

I share the above research in this section to show that:-

a) People can healthily survive with minimum calorie intake as in Bigu.

b) People in war torn areas can find inner resources to sustain them regardless of their circumstances although faith and trust cannot be taught as they come naturally to us through the trials of life.

While we have no proven track record as yet at applying The Prana Program into Third World countries, I personally believe that we can achieve success using a combination of:-

 Breath tools including pranic Breathing;

 Solar Nourishment – where applicable;

 Lifestyle tools;

 Mind mastery & re-education re mind power;

 Specific Internal Feeding Mechanisms that access alternate internal nutritional energy.

No doubt the program may need refining as we apply it experientially but the basic keynotes for success are here.

Part E:- RESOURCE SUSTAINABILITY AND STATISTICS.

The positive impact of The Prana Program on resource sustainability and also on environmental pollution cannot be ignored. These statistics share the difference between a meat based and vegetarian diet. The statistics for the impact of a prana only nourishment are obviously not available but will be far more beneficial again. Regarding health and hunger challenges in Third World countries, research shares that today we have enough resources to feed everyone easily on our planet – we just need more effective distribution systems. However in another few decades even with effective resource distribution systems, we will not have enough resources unless we move to a global vegetarian diet.

Soil

 Historic cause of demise of many great civilizations: Topsoil depletion

According to Harvey Diamond a vegetarian lifestyle will save seven hundred million tons of top soil each year and “one hundred and twenty million acres of land, choice land, could be made available for more prudent use”.

Obviously by the above statistics, anyone can see the radical and positive impact that living on prana only will have on our planet in the long term. No need for sewerage systems, no more animal slaughter, no need for such comprehensive systems of waste elimination, no need for such huge oil reserves, and no need for deforestation … the list goes on.

Part F:- RESOURCE REDISTRIBUTION AND AID PROGRAMS.

In a recent speech on human rights and peace, the Dalai Lama said:-

“If we are serious in our commitment to the fundamental principles of equality which, I believe, lie at the heart of the concept of human rights, today’s economic disparity can no longer be ignored. It is not enough to merely state that all human beings must enjoy equal dignity. This concept must be translated into action. We have a responsibility to find ways to achieve a more equitable distribution of the world’s resources.

“We are witnessing a tremendous popular movement for the advancement of human rights and democratic freedom in the world. This movement must become an even more powerful moral force, so that even the most obstructive governments and armies cannot suppress it.

“It is natural and just for nations, peoples and individuals to demand respect for their rights and freedoms and to struggle to end repression, racism, economic exploitation, military occupation, and various forms of colonialism and alien domination. Governments should actively support such demands instead of merely paying lip-service to them.”

The Dalai Lama continued: “As we approach the end of the 20th century, we find that the world is becoming one community. We are being drawn together by the grave problems of overpopulation, dwindling natural resources, and an environmental crisis that threaten the very foundation of our existence on this planet. Human rights, environmental protection, greater social and economic equality and peace, are now all interrelated. If we are to meet the challenges of our times, human beings will have to develop a greater sense of universal responsibility.

“We must all learn to work not just for ourselves, our own family or own nation, but for the benefit of all humankind. Universal responsibility is the key to human survival and the best guarantee for human rights and for world peace.”

REDIRECTING RESOURCES:

Many people have held concerns for some time about the effects that an ever increasing population growth may have on Earth’s future and yet we really have little cause for concern, provided we learn how to effectively redistribute the resources on our planet and take personal responsibility for our lifestyles by working on a holistic level. If we do this then over population should not be a factor of major concern as our resource consumption will be minimized especially as we apply The Prana Program en mass.

Many of us are focused on creating positive personal and planetary progression, not just for ourselves, but also for our offspring and the idea that we can live in harmony and unity as healthy people who respect and honor each other is not just a pipe dream. Yet in order to have healthy, happy and productive adults in society we need to have healthy, happy and productive children.

Q: How do you suggest that we achieve this?

A: This is achieved in three ways – home education, school education and life education. Hence it appears that we have a great need for resources to be also redirected into more holistic education programs that provide people with the mental, emotional and even spiritual food required for self mastery, compassion and self reliance, education that promotes compassion, virtues and respect for all life so that resources can be shared more equitably.

Q: So what do you recommend to an individual regarding minimizing their resource usage? How does The Prana Program help with this?

A: As we utilize more of the pranic stream to nourish us physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, we naturally find ourselves consuming less resources. Western civilization consumes many resources to satisfy deep emotional and mental hungers and many find that materialism fails to deliver true satisfaction and yet we continue seeking fulfillment for these hungers.

Metaphysicians and yogi’s have long realized that the only source of true nourishment for all our hungers comes from within and when this occurs our lives and consumptions are simplified for we have different drives. The Prana Program and its lifestyle satisfies our deepest hungers thus unhooking us from rampant consumerism, allowing us to live in greater fields of harmony and respect for resources and the needs of others.

GAIA’S SONG - as given by Gaia to Jasmuheen

Once upon a time in the middle of the Milky Way universe sat a big blue planet inside which lived a being of great love. The being was called Gaia and eons ago, Gaia had been given a great blessing. This was the ability to hold a space of love for life to grow and prosper.

For millions of years Gaia lovingly supported whatever was called forth from within her by the rhythm of love which flowed so purely from the creator’s heart. A multitude of mountains, trees, oceans and rivers soon sprang forth from within her as Gaia provided the elements and molecules of her own being to create a landscape that would in turn bring forth its own life.

In time creatures of the land, air and sea were also born in Gaia’s world, which was soon teaming with a myriad of colors and sounds. Time rolled by like an ocean whose waves continue to crash in a never ending fashion upon a shore. Cycles came and cycles went and then a new creature was born, a creature who like Gaia was born to feel the rhythm of love and all that the rhythm of love could do.

Gaia called the creature human-kind and gifted them not just with physical form but with the ability to create just as she’d been shown so very long ago. The human-kind grew and flourished, they went forth and multiplied and at times used their powers to create wisely. At other times they forgot the voice of the rhythm of love and in the busy-ness of their creation, could no longer feel it in their own hearts.

As time unfolded, the creations of human-kind changed and were no longer kind at all. Many suffered, their children went hungry and many walked the earth with hearts that were hungrier still.

Gaia watched like a mother will do, aware that her children were learning. She watched their rhythms change as their hungers grew and their creations became darker. Raging war upon each other Gaia’s children played with games of love and also greed and power as they tried to find again a way to quell their rising hungers. Gaia knew that only the rhythm of love that came directly from the heart of their creator could restore the peace her children sought and so she lovingly tried to remind them.

She whispered to her children when they walked in silence within her forests or ocean shores, or when they sat in stillness on her mountain tops so grand, yet few could hear her voice for few took time to listen.

Within Gaia’s world walked the ancient ones that she called the Dreamkeepers and because they also walked between the worlds they always felt the rhythm of love which pulsed so sweetly within them.

The Dreamkeepers were also the dream weavers, those that keep the dreaming alive and they could change the rhythm of a world and also change its direction by listening to the purer harmonies that come from deep inside all life. And so they dreamed for all of human-kind and through the dreaming things began to change once more for those open to love and wisdom.

The dream weavers knew also that all upon Gaia, and even Gaia herself, were due to enter into a brand new time. They said: “This is to be a time of joy and celebration where all can feel again the rhythm of love that always runs through life.” And so they sang with voices pure and true, of stories old and new, that had always peppered time. “What stories are you weaving?” Gaia called out again as she joined the dreamers in their songs as more remembered to feel the rhythm of love within them.

“Stories make the world go around …,” Gaia sighed, “and around, and around, and around, and around in a never ending cycle …. So let go of your stories of sorrow and pain, of war and despair, of loss, or anger and betrayal.”

And as the dreamers sang out loud new stories began to be written, of hope and peace and of light filled times that would bring all into a new time of great joy and celebration.

“Awake all hearts,” Gaia sang as these new dreams began to free her. No longer bound by cycles of time the dreamers called for all to rise and join her and so the rhythm of love grew strong again as hearts began to feel it more and minds expanded to listen. As voices shared with love of hopes and higher visions, dreams were dreamt then kept alive by those who felt compassion’s calling.

“Ahhh…” Gaia sighed again as all upon her were moved once more by a sweeter rhythm and for the first time in a long time Gaia’s children’s hearts felt whole.

To really open up and to feel – to feel with discernment, to feel with the greatest of care in choice, to have empathy for their fellow man, to have compassion because without empathy, without compassion there can be no unity and this is the age of great unity...

It is important that you keep your commitment and your focus clear, that you find the inner strength to be true to your experience; the inner strength to put your commitment to Spirit first, above and beyond all to not allow yourself to be sidetracked in any way while also remembering to treat yourself lovingly every step of the way…

The more you quiet the inner mind of judgment, the more you strip away the limited you and the sooner the Divine You can be revealed. The more that you walk hand in hand with your own Divinity which is the true aspect of your Being, then the more you will find that your journey on earth is a joyous one. So often you sit in judgment of yourselves do you not? You judge your lack or limitation and even your beliefs of such. Yet for us in Spirit, all we see is each Light in you as it shines, some more brightly than others, but all shining none the less. …

Also remember that spirit and reason go hand in hand and reason will deliver you to the embrace of spirit, for reason was birthed in spirit. Reason is like the sheep that come back home to the shepherd. Times of contemplation will allow you to make peace with all aspects of your Being. To recognize your humanness and love all parts of you without judgment. Remember also that love is the only real power of lasting transformation.

Sananda: Every atom, every molecule within Universal structure is perfect and the glue that binds the molecular structure of all is simply Love, Divine Love. It is said that the Son of God, the Son of the Mother/Father Creator God is the Son of Love – pure unconditional Love. What more could you strive for upon this plane at this time in your evolution, than the experience of pure, unconditional Love? This is your Christ nature, and this is the Christ Consciousness within all. It is the thread that binds the garland of life. This consciousness is inherent within your nature; it is the purest aspect of your Being. When it was said that none shall come to the Father except through me (Jesus), it was allegorical and symbolic of the necessity to seek and merge with the “Christ Consciousness” within. There are many ways that this merging can take place – the qualifying factor is the purity of intention and sincerity of desire which is a common factor within the hearts of many individuals of many religions and philosophies.

Triclon from the Intergalactic Federation of Worlds Council says: Do you understand that any game you wish to play is in your creative power to be real? You are the masters of creation so if you wish to engage in the game that there are entities of lower vibrations sucking off your energy fields, if you wish to play the game of lords of darkness, of satanic forces, of forces that perhaps you would label as not quite in perfect alignment with divinity or whatever label you wish to give – then as you think it, so it will be, for that is the game being played.

The game we encourage instead is the game that gives you the key to the doorway to the fifth dimension which is the next energy matrix that you will find your beings, as mass consciousness, relating to and experiencing. The key to this doorway is instant manifestation through your abilities as creative beings.

So with these new energies now bombarding your planet, whatever you wish to give power to through your thought form will become real virtually instantaneously and you will feel the energy effects of such. You are no longer limited beings unless you allow yourself to be so.

If you wish to imagine yourself as beings that have gone through the ‘ringer’, called third dimensional life, of thousands of embodiments with much emotional and mental baggage, then that will be your reality. You will identify yourselves as beings of great light and love but with baggage – huge bags of this baggage on your back. Or you can decide to see yourself standing tall in your divinity, in complete perfection, living life in complete perfection, embracing, expecting the perfection of life to be in your reality. So see these bags of baggage disappear instantaneously off your back as you embrace this new paradigm and allow it to be your reality, and so it will be and the universe will rearrange itself to accommodate your new framework of reality for that is one of the magnificent abilities that the universe has.

Kuthumi states:
The new paradigm being created is the one that you as awakened individuals are collectively creating. The old paradigm is that which you are continually building upon as you become aware of patterns that do not run limitlessly and as you become more aware of any thought forms that create limitation.

Now, as you step into your mastery - the unlimited nature of your Being - you are being asked to assess every thought form, every action, and every word that creates limitation individually, so that the collective whole may change.

These paradigms are simply patterns of energy.

The new paradigm is being structured according to your desire to treat each other in a way that is honourable and be together in a way that allows you to be joyous, to be free, to experience life upon this plane with ease, with grace and to know pleasure in this embodiment. …

The old paradigm brought lack. The old paradigm brought conflict; the old paradigm has brought states of being of great separation and of competition but there is a prophecy that is unfolding upon this plane and it is the prophecy of the new millennium, the prophecy of the Golden Age.

The paradigm of this new age insists that you open up to your own inner guidance, so that you may discover your true mastery, so that you may recognize that the one master that is requiring honouring is the master within you. This is not a time of being disempowered - it is a time of empowerment, of standing true in your Light, of having courage to act from the guidance that comes from within for the good of the collective whole.

This now time in your evolutionary process presents a wondrous opportunity to demonstrate unity by demonstrating mastery, to be always perfectly aligned to the divine voice within and to express all this in a fun and loving manner. The invitation is to do so with an intention that your sharing be fun; that you all share great joy and laughter and to also do all this with an intention that your sharing is also light, logical and inspirational.

Humanity cannot ignore the vibration of integrity, impeccability, logic and lightness of being, delivered by ones walking their talk, emanating vibrations of lightness and joy as all of this brings its own additional flavor of the universal forces of magic.

There is much to be revealed to your plane of existence. The revelation of what was once will come again. A time when you truly are synchronistic; when things like words of coincidence cease to exist for beings are aware that synchronicity is simply a by-product of being tuned.

The Master discerns which experience, he or she will have while dwelling in physical form in God’s kingdom. The Master, through all realms of expression, creates around them that which serves them fully in the awakened state in each now moment … What you are being asked to do is to embrace the Christed One within so you may be that magician in the stillness, in the power of that which you are; so that you may send out from your physical form, electromagnetic signals of deep wisdom and power and connectedness. This is the power that will bring the chaos into order once more for the good of the whole…

Forget the power of your addictions and become addicted to experiencing the Divine One Within you and, as Its power radiates through you, It will bring all your addictions into perspective and alignment – without struggle – for this is the power of the God that dwells within!

St Germain on Earth changes:

Let us talk then about these great changes, for they will come. In a period of fewer than decades you will find the continent of Europe greatly altered. In the period of similar time, you will find much of the United States greatly altered; a shifting of land mass and water, a simple rearrangement none the less. When you work with your full focus on aligning with and discovering and enjoying the God force within, then you may also trust that you will always find yourself at the perfect place in the perfect time.

As servants of the divine, you have the internal voice, that which you call your intuition, that will move you when you listen to it. It will guide you to be where you need to be and if that creates the ceasing of this physical embodiment, then so be it, it just means that your work is complete here and you as a soul will continue its journey of perfect evolution and may take another body at will, at another time. Or perhaps if it is not the end of your contract, you will find that you are one step ahead always of the supposed devastation for devastation is only that according to your interpretation.

Great change comes and will bring great glory for those tuned to the gifts that these changes bring. The energy of the Buddha teaches detachment, teaches to be dependant only on the divine one within, and it is great teaching.

Let us now see into future times, for there is the prophecy that the Federation is gathering masses, preparing for landings at this time and on one level of reality that is so. They have made contact with many beings upon this plane that are now in constant service doing what they have agreed as in their blueprint. But it is your planet, and we share this so often, that in the cycle of coming change much will remain but more will be transformed, for any system no longer operating for the good of the whole will crumble.

You will soon have access to technologies that will radically transform communication, that will radically transform your transportation and that will allow the resources upon this planet to be distributed in a more equable manner.

Many of you will remain in embodiment for decades to come for you are the seeders of the new root race and you have long term contracts that see you here until the completion of this new phase of being. You are to bring in new technologies and systems that work for the collective whole.

We have positioned and communicated with many beings, like chess pieces upon a board. These pieces are your own embodiments, beings such as yourself who have tuned into the higher paradigms of creation. They now form what you term an energy matrix around the planet that is magnetizing you into another realm.

As so many have now understood, you will not be rescued, you will not find that the heavens will open and you will be lifted to higher realms by some angelic force, or by spacecraft or whatever.

You are here under contract to the Divine Force to be the witness and to also act as emissaries for this world in transition; to shine the light from within your heart and soul, to allow those around you to witness Divine Alchemy in action. This movie of Divine Alchemy is the fabric that births both space and time – what your scientists would call the virtual field – and it is upon this field of magic that all creation springs forth.

The game of Divine Alchemy has many gifts to give each apprentice. It will bring you the gift of synchronicity. It will bring you the ability to work with maximum impact in your world using minimum effort. And what this means is that you may have many balls in the air, multi-layered realities plus movies running simultaneously and effectively.

It is easy to get side-tracked by the subplots in the movie and lose sight of the theme. And yet the theme through all the levels of creation is a realm of possibility that is as endless as each creation’s imagination.

Jasmuheen Travel Diary excerpt, the Kogi plus more data on our Sacred Art Retreat with Jasmuheen

Jasmuheen Travel diary - meeting the Kogis plus more ....

End of January, 2010

I have begun to read the book “The Elder Brothers” by Alan Ereira about the lost city and the Kogi tribe who withdrew to the mountains near Santa Marta in Colombia to avoid being conquered by the Spanish. Patty my host is a good friend of one of the Kogi Elders and so three of their tribe came to my workshop at the weekend in Pereira, two Mamas – or Priests – plus a woman named Ruth. The Kogi tribe say they are the Elder Brothers and that they have peacefully lived their own lives and ignored the rest of the world of the Younger Brothers (us) for as long as they could. Living in absolute harmony within their world, they have now stepped forth to share a little of their wisdom with the message that we need to be more honouring and take better care of Gaia – Pachamama – and that unless we do, very hard times will come. They say we still have time to change our ways; that it’s not too late to listen and alter our path to create our own salvation. Theirs is of course a common message yet to be in their presence is different and so we took advantage of the Kogi’s attendance and invited them to address the weekend audience, which for them was quite a large one. With the eldest Mama speaking in their native language and the youngest Mama then translating his words into Spanish, and my translator whispering the English equivalent into my ear, it was all a great layer to add to our Pereira gathering and one that we all appreciated.

On Sunday morning I awoke to begin the last day of the seminar with virtually no voice and only the ability to whisper. This is the second time it has happened in 16 years of constant travel yet the day flowed on regardless bringing through a different energy again. My translator sat close beside me as I whispered into the microphone and she then said it all in Spanish. The meditations went deep, the audience so open and compassionate, offering any help to heal my throat that they felt was appropriate. At the end of the day came a standing ovation plus endless hugs and tears in eyes, as the audience expressed their love, and love channelled through my being in response to their love – filling my body with warmth and all eyes with more tears for all that had been shared. There is such a joy to being with the people of South America who I love as much as the Thai. Both are so open-hearted and giving, so genuine in their care of each other and strangers who soon become family to them all. Thailand’s people – being mainly Buddhist – are quiet and gentle while the South American people are more gregarious and joyful for they are people who love to dance and sing, who love family and sharing their homes and hearts.

I have a few more days here as all flights home earlier were booked out and so I rest, read and go into silence so the muscles in my throat can also rest after five intense weeks of talking with our groups plus politicians, media and more, in so many different situations that arise for an Ambassador of Peace these days. I look forward to the day where I no longer have that title and that the Embassy of Peace can close its doors on Earth because none of it will be required. Until then we enjoy each moment and all that unfolds, sharing when required with words, and our presence, being in deep communion in the silence when it draws me and living and loving with appreciation and joy. This world is never boring and there is so much more for us all to understand and experience about the cultures and choices that make up the human life-wave in the here and now so that we can exist in deeper states of harmony.

As I complete this journal entry the Kogi Mamas are downstairs in this abode, sharing more deeply with our hosts who they’ve come to love and trust. No doubt before this day is out there will be more stories to tell. My voice is still only a whisper which also suits me fine. I am a shy and silent person at heart so to sit and just be and listen is also pleasing to my nature.

Yesterday the elder Mama told me that if I search within myself I will find the answer to why I have lost my voice, independent of some contributing factors like being drenched by the storms in Machu Picchu and having to stay in wet clothes until I could return to Agua Calientas and change my clothes which may have weakened my immune system a little, or that my throat muscles get tired from all the talking. The last time I lost my voice I had also been in South America working in Brazil favelas where I felt the throat slowly tighten. A week or so later, in my last event in Europe in the Canary Islands, when I was again in a Spanish speaking land, my voice box suddenly had no sound and so that event also concluded with a whisper.

Losing my voice in Spanish speaking lands, my throat energy weakened in some way … I contemplate this as the Mamas wander the lawn below me. As the Elder looks up and smiles, we meet in heart and mind, and my being is filled with the flash of a powerful vision. I see my Shaman self in another timeline kneeling on the ground, my head held back by the hair by a big rough hand of a man who viciously runs a large sharp edged knife across my exposed throat. Blood rushes out of the gaping wound that has effectively cut through the cords of my voice box and with mouth agape and my voice silenced, I watch as I fall to the ground and die.

Even as I write these words an energy shifts from around my voice box as my body continues to release its tears, so sad at the cruelty of man, still sad at the greed and ignorance that some still hold, for we can all live so well together on Earth even if we choose to exist in different ways. I was so naïve and trusting then, for in that life all were our brothers and sisters, strangers and family alike. All that we had then was shared – our food, our wisdom, our ways and our love and every visit together was a visit of mutual enhancement with our exchanges made in ways that made us all better and stronger. That was the way of many tribes before the Conquistadors came.

Some tapestries of life are long ones, others are shorter of course, with each life a pattern of colour, a weave of threads, rough and smooth, from which we grow and learn. My throat is still tender yet slowly I begin the process of forgiveness that is always required for healing to begin. And in the silence of this farmhouse in Colombia with the Kogi Mamas now so close, my body continues to release its tears as a deeper process of healing begins. Other details of that life are no longer required to be seen for our time is here, and now the causative factor of my throat’s weakness has clearly been revealed.

As many know, these visions and insights come when they need to and when we are ready to be free from events of the past whose influence we no longer need today. There is no need to chase anything for it all comes up within us when the time is right to move on and let our times of persecution go.

So much is written about Colombia and the levels of violence here, violence is in the land, brought by Cortez and the Conquistador’s quest for gold. Driven by greed they spilt the blood of so many, wiping out the Incas and the Aztecs while the Kogi silently retreated to mountains that were too difficult for many to climb.

I can see the Kogi tribe now in my mind’s eye and also feel their hearts which have often been filled with sadness at the ways of their younger brothers, who lacked the sensitivity to tune to and be at One with each other and with Pachamama and her land, those who forgot how to feel the currents of a cosmic heart beat and the true richness that the Kogi’s knowledge contains.

As I weave the symbol of infinity across my throat to neutralize the energy there, I intuitively chant the words “I release the wounds of the past, I reclaim my voice and my right to share the truth of the past and the wisdom of our future” and my body gasps for air as if it is breathing for the very first time. And so an intuitive voice chants on soundlessly in my head until my tears are gone “I forgive all who have ever hurt me through all time. I ask for forgiveness of all that I have also done that has hurt another …” over and over these chants flow as these limiting energy webs slowly untangle themselves through my throat until the process is done. Other visions come with the chants until I see the tribe I came from, being tracked through the jungles by the men with no light in their eyes whose only desire was for gold. I feel angry, then sad as the visions reveal my Indigenous nature and the ways of the peaceful tribes, all of it gone, swamped by white man’s lust for more.

My voice still needs rest for the muscles in my throat are tender and sore and yet I give thanks to the Mamas, the priests of the Kogi tribe, for finding me again this life and with so few words allowing this release to come.

I remembered something else while meditating with the Colombian group this past weekend about my time so long ago with the Orion’s on their councils of war and the skills learnt there in peace negotiations. I realised that I have seen so much of war that my being has no tolerance for it anymore, so to me the choice of war seems so barbaric when the alternative is just to make a few adjustments so that peace can reign again among us all. When will we learn to value each other? I wonder as I swing in my hammock on the veranda of a house in the countryside in Colombia and integrate the insights that I have gained in this land of ancient cultures, with the Kogi tribe who chose to retire to the mountains and be secluded, rather than play the games of war.

Identifying the source of a weakness in our energy field is always required to effect permanent healing, then intuiting the correct process to repair the weakness is also another challenge for often there are various factors that contribute to the ongoing weakness. Past linear time-line events, current time-line lifestyle habits, attitudes and beliefs, and also sometimes parallel life or future life influences, for time in higher frequency bands is simultaneous not linear. Much of this I discovered a few years ago when shifting myself out of the genetic weakness of cancer. It was then that I also realised that our own Divine Beingness is the only one that holds the formula for perfect healing. Others of course can help, like the acupuncturist this weekend that sensed I was also having an allergic reaction of the local flora that was closing up my throat, and when I checked within I found that yes this is was a small contributing factor. But the initial cause of the energy field weakness went of course much deeper.

Holding the clear intention to discover and clear the original causative factor of a debilitating situation – as I have been doing the last 36 hours – allows this knowledge to rise within us if and when we are ready. And yet we also need sincerity in the forgiveness routine and I realise that I still feel too angry to sincerely forgive from my heart and not just my head. This anger must rise for release and then flow from my being gently, when the time is right and only then can I be truly free. Mentally I understand the history of our world; the endless cycles we have endured of war, conquering and greed, where one tribe imposes, by brute force or more subtle manipulation, their own ways over another’s, claiming that they are superior or know better. This has been the history of so many worlds. We know this and it is nothing new.

Being there is different. Seeing our friends and family slaughtered, their precious life, then our own, draining away so violently in crumpled heaps upon the ground. Feeling it all and living through it is a completely different story to just hearing about it later or reading about it in a book. We have all endured so many tortuous ways, time and time again, as people of peace with our simple loving ways do when we are exposed to hatred, judgement and greed. We hold all of this memory in our cells, of lives when we have conquered others ourselves, or then been conquered in turn, of lives when fear and ignorance replaced love and compassion and drained out our intuitive nature, that pure part of us, that has always held the key to the kingdom of existence in peace-filled worlds.

But we have changed; we do know better, we are seeking the inner kingdom of peace again even though this is not always evident in our external world. The Elder Kogi Mamas here has this peace and holds it deep within himself like a silent force of the greatest wisdom and power and this I also feel now deep within now that my tears have gone.

According to Alan Ereira, the Kogi believe they are the guardians of the world and like many Indigenous cultures they believe that Mother Earth is a living spirit being who we need to exist in harmony with. They see all of Colombia as sacred land. The Kogi’s word for their priests – Mamas – means the sun or the Enlightened Ones. They speak of the Aluna – the realm where all is one, part of a divine being, a realm where they silently work to keep the equilibrium in our world.

The Mamas are educated in the dark virtually from birth where they spend two-nine year periods. Some spend another two-nine year periods in the dark and become oracles who then only communicate with other Mamas. 36 years living in darkness to develop their clairvoyance, clairsentient and more skills that come from darkness training. I love the darkroom myself and have spent only 60 days in that environment. To spend 9 years or 36 years in darkness with only another Mama for company is unfathomable to me and yet I understand why and the benefits this brings esoterically. It is these highly sensitive ones who have seen the disasters to come to our world and who have inspired some of the Mamas to leave their mountain of seclusion and speak to the younger brothers – us – so that we change our behaviour towards the natural world and come into equilibrium within them.

Later in the afternoon my host and I drive with the two Mamas and Ruth – the woman who is travelling with them – to a small mountain town outside of Pereira, a place so beautiful, with sweet people and great energies pulsing through the Earth – it is both picturesque and profound. We walk the streets and later I sit with them as they take their evening meal. We ask each other questions and the Kogi begin to share of some of their deeper ways and this continues all the way back in the car. Now and then I ask a question and the Elder Mamas shares with such an open and easy flow.

In Alan Ereira’s book they are described as secretive and silent and so I feel privileged to be with them now, putting a scientific bent on everything they say as I listen in silence. Our work in essence is the same, to create again an equilibrium in the world, so that Pachamama can be supported and we can support each other, in a more harmonious way. Many things that they reveal to me this day are not my place to speak of. I would also like to say that it is important for Indigenous people to share what they have to say in their way, in their time, without any editing or misinterpretation by white people, which has often happened in the past. As a consequence of this, I have agreed with the Kogi to offer them space in the Embassy of Peace on our YouTube channel to share their message in video form exactly as they want and hopefully this will be done soon. These people are wise and loving, with a light of love and joy that shines from their eyes. The Elder Mamas always holds a deep peace and at-one-ment with his surrounds, a peace that I feel too as we drive together through this land.

Everywhere we walked today the Mamas were stopped by people who wanted to take their photos or who had one or two things to ask or say. During our day our car was stopped twice by police who were also curious to see who we were before sending us on our way. To many, Colombia is a dangerous place, filled with guerrillas, drug cartels, tomb raiders and corruption that manifests itself in so many ways. People are kidnapped or killed here regularly, yet there is a deeper layer to this land that manifests itself to those who are open to its song, which is how it always is in our dual-natured world.

When we arrive back to the compound where I am staying, the Mamas invite me to undergo a small ceremony with them the next day so that they too can help to support my work in their own way. They know the difficulties of being outspoken today, about the need for a more harmonious way and the challenges this brings to us all and so they will weave their webs of support around me. As we later retire to sleep, they ask that I pay attention to any dreams that come my way.

My body needs so little sleep at times and tonight it is the same, yet in that semi-conscious state, the invisible world that they call Aluna, begins to speak again.

“Oneness,” it says over and over. “Oneness is the game. Forget the past, reweave the future into the Oneness game” and so I sit up, switch on the light and let Aluna’s wisdom flow. This is what it tells me as it delivers the data and images for yet another YouTube video:

ONENESS
According to many metaphysicians, and also our Indigenous people, we exist in a web of Oneness, each of us interconnected with all things, like a cell in the Body of Living Field of Intelligence. What we do, how we live affects us all and imprints vibrations in this web.
When we each set the clear intention to live in harmony within ourselves, within our community and within this Earth, then the web of love responds and begins to teach us how, but only when we are truly open in our heart to receive this knowledge.
There are of course practical thing’s that we can do to experience harmony in this Web of One; such as choosing to see the good in each other. We can also focus on the things that bind us, that we have in common, rather than on the things that separate and divide us further.
We share a common essence in the Web of Love, the same baseline frequency, which is of course, Pure Love. This ocean of Pure Love which is within each of us, can be small or large, depending on our recognition of it and attention to it and it has many gifts to give.
By turning our awareness within – via meditation and pure concentration – with a desire to feel this inner ocean of love, it can then rise within us and reveal that we are all the same in essence, that we are all one.
The stronger this force becomes and the more we acknowledge its presence by focusing upon it, the sooner we will be united as one species living on one planet. This is the Universal Law of Love and the Universal Law of Resonance – coming into being in action.
It is a simple science that goes beyond separatist ideologies and religions.
At the Embassy of Peace we encourage you to live a lifestyle that fills your Being with joy, a lifestyle that is also beneficial to the world as a whole. Then we may all move as one heart, one mind – with love in our hearts and wisdom in our minds – and be in harmony with Gaia, the spirit of our world. Some call Gaia, Pachamama, and know her as a living being that is also part of the Web of Oneness.

She invites us to live in harmony upon her and for those who know how, to show the way. And so it is time for us to acknowledge the wisdom of the Elders of the Indigenous tribes. It is their time now and our time to listen to all that they have to say.

Listen to the Kogi from Colombia.
Listen to what the Hopi Indians have to say.
Listen to the wise ones from the Aboriginal lines.

And listen to the voice of the Divine Essence within. Seek to know its gifts so that harmony and Oneness can be our experience in every way.
As many now know, the greatest teacher dwells within us. When we hear its voice and receive its gifts we will know the Oneness game.
And when the last of this message has come, I lie back down in the dark to enjoy the silence again.
This morning the Mamas arrive early again to complete the ceremony that they began with me last night and then to continue their teachings with the others that are here.

As we sit in the silence together, the Elder Mamas behind me doing his work in Aluna’s plane (the field of Infinite Love and Wisdom), “Focus on the pure spirit,” he tells me, “on the spirit of the trees,” and with his clear instructions I slip effortlessly into a visionary state, where I find myself with Pachamama again and then with the great spirit of the trees. Here waves of love and light wash through me as if I am in a tunnel of wind, yet it is vaster than that again. Within moments I find myself in the Temple of the Sun and hear the words “Welcome back our granddaughter of love,” as new patterns are rewoven through my energy field by the Kogi Mamas behind me. A matching of my baseline frequency occurs then deepens my connection into Pachamama’s pure field where layers of support and strength await to then claim my Being back into theirs.
Slowly words of power begin to flow through me from the spirit of the trees, and the Temple of the Sun, linking me with them as I chant what I hear and the vibrations of the words settle through my energy fields
“I AM THE WHITE EARTH LIGHT OF PACHAMAMA” was the first chant that came when the ceremony began with them last night and it comes to me again now, before more profound, more personal words began to flow. The tree spirit with us now is fluid, powerful and strong as is the energy in the Temple of the Sun, and tears stream down my face in a silent grateful flow as the Mamas continues to do what he needs to do as he sits silent and still in the chair behind me. I hear him working his Poporo and sense his presence now deep in my energy fields. It is a presence of great love and patience and in my heart I feel these people are my tribe, that our focus is on harmony and that in this we are forever linked. More is told to me in Aluna’s field, then the words and visions cease and I know the work is done. Next the Mamas reads my vibrations from the breath I left on a piece of cotton that I held in my right hand throughout the journey, after which he tells me that I have the Kogi’s permission now to spread our message through their land with safety and with their support as he ties another string of white cotton around my wrists. They tell me to keep those two strings on my wrists forever as it is a link to their ways and their world, for they read the vibrations of the worlds through the threads of nature. My heart is full and I feel so touched by their wise and gentle ways.

Over our days together with Mamas Eugeno and Mamas Noelle and Ruth, we manage to share with them that Little Brother is rising to do their part, and that there is a huge network of support for their message, as we also have been getting the same message from Pachamama and Aluna when we meditate and engage in prayer. When they finally realise this as truth, they tell me how happy it makes their heart and I tell them how happy their hearts make me. They are a pure and gentle yet strong people and I feel so blessed, so privileged to have had this encounter.
Later on the phone I recount some of this to my husband and I realise that so much of what I have experienced with them would not have occurred unless I’d lost my voice. I know I am a strong and independent woman and that I need to be to do the public work I do, and also to do the work on the inner plane in Aluna’s field, yet it seems that only when I am incapacitated in some way, do I get to really experience the skills of others, as they can then step forth in their strength and wisdom to help me in the ways that they can. First there was Swami Nardanand in India who recently helped to heal my ankle and make me aware, by spending time with him that way, of his healing powers and his wonderful heart and now it is the Mamas of the Kogi. I know that if my voice had stayed strong, many of the experiences we have just shared would not have been able to happen. Perhaps our connections would have happened anyway but in a different way but there is still a lesson here for me – about silence and listening and support. Many people step forward in such different ways when they feel they are needed and can help and being needed brings out parts of themselves that may otherwise remain hidden.

I know I am in a small position of influence in the world and I know that all that we share with others when I travel, is always based on personal experience, and so it is easy to support and promote people in whose abilities we trust. Trust for me usually comes from personal experience and so now it is so easy to promote both Swami Nardanand and the Kogi. And for this insight today I give thanks to my husband and the conversation we have just shared, still, I can’t help but wonder if I can learn all of this in a slightly different way …

Despite all of this my body is strong and constantly amazes me with its capacity to handle my ever changing lifestyle. Heat in Santiago; cold in the Andes Mountains; heat and humidity in Lima Peru then extreme cold in Cusco; rainy, cold then humid in Machu Picchu followed quickly by freezing cold to my bones in Bogota then heat, then cold again all in one day. Then comes more heat and humidity in Pereira. All of this climate change happens over one day to the next and all of it my body needs to adjust to, plus constant plane rides and various pollutions. And yet it stays so strong and copes so well through it all, with just prana for its food plus a little water and coffee now and then for its pleasure. So the rare sprained ankle or sore throat is all so inconsequential in the bigger scheme of things. Add all that is required – for any of us in this field – to be constantly centred and focused and also then add the need for us to be able to handle huge frequency downloads and stay in a virtually constant channelling state and WOW … I am thankful for what my body is capable of handling!

Life on the road is amazing and gifts us with so much through each experience and interaction, from the love that pours into me from the heart of each one who hugs my body, to the person who in turn who has been so filled with love and insights that they hold me so tightly and won’t let go, as tears pour down their faces and love flows from every part of them in gratitude of our meeting – all of this also adds another layer, infusing me with so much support and feeding my body as well. All of this is just a natural part of my life on the road and all of it constantly requires small or big energy adjustments within me and around me. Adjustments of attitudes or awareness as we all grow and understand more about each other and our lives together in this world.

The Mamas have just gone to catch their plane back to the Sierra Nevada where they say they will share our message with their tribe and ask that I also share theirs with the world.

They see Earth as feminine, the trees upon her as masculine and they prize highly the equilibrium between the sexes, where each are fulfilling their roles and seeking to experience, in the fulfilment of their roles, the conscious awareness they need, to do it in harmony and accordance to the Mother’s Laws. They are a people who listen to and feel the currents of the cosmic flows that come from the Mother and her creative fluid, the waters of life, which gave birth to the light and creation.
Our understandings match perfectly. Mine comes from nearly 40 years of meditation, listening and being intuitively guided by the Universal Field of Infinite Love and Intelligence which flows via waves of love from the divine heart. Their wisdom has come in similar ways yet it is a wisdom that flows to them so that they can read the vibrations of all life, from stones to birds, to trees and rain, to the breath we all breathe. They say that everything they know comes from the Mother and that we are caretakers of Earth, here to love and respect and care for life, not to take and destroy without thought.

The Mamas use their mind as I have been trained to do – focused, clear, concentrated, as a tool to do our bidding as we in turn take instruction from the Rhythm of Love of the Divine Mother in all her forms. She is Pachamama, she is Spiderwoman, the Madonna, the Goddess energy streams and more. Their culture is deep and their rituals are precise with everything done with pure meaning and I feel privileged to have spent these last 5 days with them all as I learn how to work with them in Aluna.

This is what the Embassy of Peace is for, to tell the stories that need to be told and share the tools that will help to harmonize our worlds.

They are a joyous people, some of who are also a little saddened by the past, by those that came and took so much without understanding the true value of the gold or artefacts. And yes they are concerned at continual deforestation and reforestation of plants (that are not the ones they want replanted) and plans of the government to do so many things that in essence do not serve their needs. Few truly take the time to listen to what they have to share and yet they have also put the past behind them and are focused on education for their children, to pass on their many skills and ways. They are also open now to gain the attention of the younger brother, asking us in essence to tune into forces bigger than ourselves and learn to be in equilibrium once more with Gaia’s heart and also the Universal streams.

According to Alan Ereira’s book “The Elder Brothers” the message the Kogi Mamas gave him was one of great concern for the environment. High in the Andes they see that the world is hotter, no snow comes on the mountains like it used to, so their land is drier, vegetation is sparser, and so the Earth is changing. They told him how all our mining, deforestation and continued tomb raiding has disturbed the balance in the world, as it does when we always take and give nothing in return. Despite all this they believe there is time for us to change our ways and be more aware and respectful with how we treat the Earth and also each other and so they hope we will hear their message.

They hope we will learn to be still and listen to the Mother’s heart and to understand that everything is alive with consciousness – from the Earth to the trees, to the sun and more. They hope we will work with them to restore the balance again. They want no tourists to come to their land, they want the tomb raiding to cease, they want to be consulted before the government intervenes in anything, they would like access again to the sea and be safe from guerrilla warfare and the drug lord’s games. They would also like us to stop plundering the Earth and killing trees and mining as thoughtlessly as we do. And they want to be left to care for the Mother as they’ve been shown to do for the Mother’s Laws have kept them well and safe for so long.

Mamas Eugenio said many things to me, much of which we have also been sharing with the world but in a slightly different way. Other things they spoke of, I was told to keep private and to some questions I asked, I received information that failed to answer the question, for the Kogi share only what they want us to know.

During the Mamas own evening seminar, I sat in the audience listening to Mamas Eugenio speak in his own native tongue, then to Mamas Noelle translate it into Spanish while a sweet young man named Juan, sat beside me to translate it all into English. Through it all I closed my eyes and tuned my heart to Mamas Engenio’s heart, to listen to his spirit on another plane, and there again I saw a man of peace, who had his ‘bench’, which is what they call their seat of centre, whose heart is pure with a message true, and so I await their video to let them speak directly rather than offer any additional translation here.

32 hours later, my plane touches down to Brisbane airport where my husband greets me with the biggest hug. It feels as if I have been gone for so long and yet the past 5 weeks have passed so quickly for us both; so many adventures and so many insights that tend to transform us in so many different ways. I feel the Kogi with me on the inner plane, present in my dreaming and later as I meditate upon all that has unfolded, I realise that there is a lot that we can do to support them, especially in Aluna’s plane.

Over the next few days, as I continue to integrate all that has occurred, new insights come about how we can support our Indigenous people especially the Kogi, since they are the ones that I have most recently connected with.

This morning as I sat on my veranda, I watched a dozen colourful wild King Parrots eating their seed a metre away. The birds come here now every day, often with dozens eating in harmony, enjoying the wild seed mix that is good for these breeds. They can sit and mix in together, singing and cooing and enjoying without fuss, and then suddenly a new one will come and chase them all away – snapping and biting and attacking until this lone one has the bowl of seed to itself. Over and over I watch their various displays, reminded again and again of life in the human world and the stories of Indigenous South America in pre-Colombian days.

Is permanent peace possible within the human world? Will we always have those few individuals who arrive and attack and take by brute force and noise? Is this plane of duality we call Earth in the here and now, really destined to rise beyond such things?

It’s rare for me to have such thoughts and yet as I do, I make a noise on the veranda and the birds all fly away, yet within moments many return and in peace and gentle silence, with a respectful attitude of sharing, they commence to eat again. The bully birds, the noisy ones, do not come back, so peace is finally maintained. And so I sit to meditate in peace, high among the treetops in my mountain ashram, happy to be home at last.

Meditate on the love that you are.
The mountain seems to say …
Peace comes to all who are open … in their time …
Nothing to do …
Nothing to chase …

Messages from the Masters are a collection of channeled messages that I received from the Ascended Masters over a period of seven years. Some of the messages have been published and some of the messages in this new edition are new. All were spoken channellings that were taped and later transcribed as they were received by our group in Brisbane Australia when we would meet each month in meditation, and open to be with the loving beings that always came to share with us.

Now, some sixteen years later, as soon as I started to work with this book again I began to feel their presence over-lighting me once more to make any relevant changes and to share what needs to be added and it really has been a delight to feel them so intensely again in my energy field. They are always there, of course, it’s just that what we focus on grows, so immersing myself in their messages has retuned me more powerfully back into their field.

As with all our work there are a few dominant messages which soon become evident to the reader but the Masters main message is about the love, wisdom and power of the Divine One Within and so they inspire us over and over to tune to its Voice, listen to it and allow it to guide us throughout our lives.

The Ascended Masters have been inspiring people on Earth since time, as we know it, began. They are behind the formation of all the world’s religions and as such they have had many embodiments in the capacity of great teachers. Research on these ones from channeled information often differs as to which Master had which embodiment, still many are familiar with the energy presence of Mother Mary and many know St Germain to have an alter ego called Merlin and some say he was also Joseph, the father of Jesus.

Millions of people on planet Earth are now in direct or indirect communication with these beings of light. Some receive information and guidance as they sleep; others receive instruction and inspiration during their meditation. Others like myself, have developed a direct cosmic telephone line to their realms where connections happen as required.

They have often said to me that people on planet earth don’t need to have all the answers for all the world’s problems as each one of us carries encoded within, the information we need to create our own personal paradise. We just need to spend time in the silence of the inner planes and open to receive that which we already intuitively know and allow our own innate wisdom to shine forth and guide us individually and also collectively.

As we shared in the book “In resonance”, each human being is a system of energy not unlike a computer. Through applied will, clear intention and joyful focus, we can be de-programmed and re-programmed to learn to move beyond our perceived limitations and also beyond the usual struggle of surviving. We can then be free to thrive and have our life here make a positive difference while we direct the course of our own evolution.

When I began to write the Universal Harmonization Program for the Embassy of Peace (at link:

http://www.jasmuheen.com/htm/embassy-peace.asp), I found myself explaining the difference between extraterrestrial intelligence with advanced technology and the Beings of Light from the higher realms that connect regularly with many via the innernet. As we prepare for the merging of the realms and earth moves into a different frequency band, the extraterrestrial intelligence phenomena will become more apparent so education into these realities has become more important. The difference between E.T.’s and Light Beings is basically consciousness, an awareness of – and experience of - our own divine nature. The more ‘at one’ we are with our own spirit essence, then the more we can experience the limitless nature of the web of love and oneness that flows through all.

Contact with the Beings of Light of the interdimensional realms is accessed via an expansion of our own consciousness, but basically interdimensional communication happens naturally when we tune to specific channels, just like television. If we cannot access the frequency band that these realities are beaming through, then we cannot have an experiential connection and have to rely instead on mental paradigms. Still whether these ideas are based on a personal experience or stay just as a mental possibility, education about them can remove ignorance and also its companion of fear.

My personal experiences with interdimensional communication commenced consciously in 1974, shortly after I was instructed in the art of meditation; when I began to receive telepathic imprints from people I knew who had died and wanted me to pass messages on to their loved ones. These messages were so clear, and came with such a specific energy, that it was impossible to accept them as anything other than telepathic messages from another realm.

In 1987, after a decade of regular meditation, I started to receive telepathic contact with Biblical figures such as Elias and Elijah who provided very basic insights that helped me in my own life. These uplifting messages were always to do with the power of faith, trust and love and I found when I accepted and applied these insights my life experience improved.

In the early nineties I entered into a decade of almost daily telepathic contact with the Ascended Masters during which I received very clear communication with a group called the Intergalactic Federation of Worlds Council (IGFWC). While I had had contact with this group before, it was not until I underwent a particular spiritual initiation that this contact became regular. The Intergalactic Federation of Worlds Council (IGFWC) is similar in function to the United Nations in that one of its programs is to keep an eye on the development of various planets particularly when the planet’s inhabitants choose to evolve in a more civilized manner and move beyond the creation of war, poverty and violence. Connecting telepathically via our meditations and via the dreamtime, many meditators have been receiving conscious or subconscious communication with the IGFWC for some time.

How long these Light Beings have been subtly guiding me before all of this, I do not know. I had spent the previous two decades involved in the Eastern spiritual practice of service, satsang and meditation – the daily practices of which had brought me the gifts of discipline, dedication and devotion which was no doubt instrumental in tuning me to the Light Beings inner plane channels.

Meditation gave me detachment, peace of mind, a connection with the Inner One – that eternal voice of wisdom that many call their gut instinct or intuition; the voice that others may call Infinite Intelligence or the God within and the voice that these Beings of Light are always asking us to tune to. Service provided a sense of humility, to do for others without seeking reward and satsang was about being in the company of the truth of timeless wisdom. This daily lifestyle was inspirational, supportive and motivational. A young Western woman choosing to explore an Eastern philosophy and ancient esoteric practices was not exactly the ‘norm’ so it was both nurturing and empowering for me to be with people who had intuitively realized that they were more than just their body, emotions and mind.

After twenty years of the ‘service, satsang and meditation’ lifestyle and tuning to the Eastern masters, in the early 1990’s a taped channeled message from the Ascended Ones magically found its way into my possession and a few ‘missing pieces’ clicked into place for me. As a conscious relationship with them began, over the next period I surrendered to the fact that my years of meditation had subtly been tuning me to their channels where I began to learn more about telepathy and soon I began to channel.

The ‘accidental’ death of my brother when I was 14 had given me the gift of awareness of ‘other’ realms as our family continually felt his presence with us. Meditation from ages 17 to 35 had changed my frequency and my electromagnetic signals, as had the realizations gained from some painful and powerful lessons through what I had often earlier thought to be the ‘school of hard knocks’ – called life.

Connecting with, and building a conscious relationship over the years with the Ascended Ones has brought another reality into my life, one of deep contentment and heart-felt joy, as through this connection I have been able to understand the science behind spiritual realities. Never one to be led by just trust or faith, I have always wanted to know how things work, not just why or the fact that they do. Even today after countless interactions with these incredibly loving Beings of Light, there is magic and synchronicity still tinged with awe as I discover more of the interdimensional realms.

Then, after a decade of close contact with these ones, they slowly seemed to disappear from my life telling me that I had graduated and knew what to do so to ‘just do it’. Although I intuitively felt this to be true, at first I missed our constant telepathic contact, yet, with a non-stop flow of creativity and insight, my service work seemed to stretch out endlessly before me with books to download, invitations to fulfill and joy to be experienced in each moment. Thankfully whenever I’ve really needed it contact has always occurred and I have also always found them with me when I have guided any group via deep meditation into their realms.

In February 2007 - while taking a group on an interdimensional, inner plane journey - I connected with the Lords of Peace, in the 5th dimensional Venus sector, and was guided to establish the Embassy of Peace to consolidate all the work I had been doing with them the previous decade.

Finally at the end of 2007, again in meditation I heard the loudest voice with the clearest telepathic message that simply stated: Prepare them for Contact.

This statement raises many issues, as before we can have contact with the type of Light Beings that are beneficial for us to connect with; we need to have deep experiential contact with our own Divine nature as it is the connecting force or bridge for interdimensional access. Contact with and understanding our own divine nature is something that my previous manuals have always focused on, and being guided intuitively by the Divine One Within us is also the answer to maintaining sovereignty and independence as we experience the multi-verses and intermingle with the Beings of Light.

“Prepare them for contact” also means providing educational data so that we can understand the different realms and differentiate between extraterrestrial intelligence that is technologically advanced enough to connect with us, and the type of higher intelligence of the truly civilized worlds that exist interdimensionally. Just because beings are technologically proficient enough to travel the galaxy doesn’t mean that they are beings who are always loving and wise, it just means that they have been around longer than us and have had more time to evolve within the linear timeframe of the 3rd dimensional realm. The Beings of Light that I am focused on regarding ‘contact preparation’ are those from the fifth dimensional realms and above.

Fifth dimensional life forms have a very different frequency to those in third dimensional realities. Firstly their clairvoyant, clairaudient and clairsentient abilities are highly refined making telepathy the normal method of communication. Secondly due to their vibration they no longer need to have physical forms and can manifest bodies at will to suit their own requirements. Generally they manifest themselves holographically or as energy bodies that can be seen on the inner planes via our clairvoyant nature.

I would like to point out that I never consciously sought out any of these experiences, they come to me when our frequencies match and there is a need to communicate. All I ever did was engage in heartfelt prayer and consciously seek answers to the numerous questions I have had in life regarding both personal and global issues. All my inner plane visitations and bilocation experiences with these Beings of Light have come when I have least expected it and have been content to just sit in meditation and feel the love flow there. This to me is the key, just being in the field of the purest love, bathing in its currents, for it is here where miracles seems to occur and Grace flows most freely.

All of what I have just stated raises many questions which we will address throughout the Universal Harmonization Program of the Embassy of Peace Manual. Suffice to say that after experiencing more than two decades of clear telepathic contact with these Beings of Light from the interdimensional realms, I have come to call myself a cosmic reporter as most of what I have been recording in my written work over these past 15 years has come via my connection with them. Even my work with the Prana Program came to me via these ones in response to my own long held desire to find a solution to world health and hunger issues.

I would also like to state that these beings never interfere with free will; they are not here to colonize our world or harvest our material resources as they encourage self-sovereignty. They are available in this realm of reality only because many have sought solutions to a variety of issues, via prayer and meditation, while others have just been focusing on the expansion of their own consciousness and, in the process of their personal unfoldment, they have found that they are now able to access and enjoy the interdimensional realms and the beings that dwell there.

There is no mystery as to how and why this occurs as it is the lifestyle of many shaman, metaphysicians and spiritual seekers that has opened very particular energy vortices to allow information to flow freely between the realms and I am not unique in my experiences with these beings.

As a cosmic reporter and founder of the Embassy of Peace, I feel that it is time to broaden the traditional mass perception of extraterrestrial intelligence just as it is time to look more pragmatically at our place within such a paradigm and to also finally go beyond the hype of such things. We have long been subjected to Hollywood movies that show E.T. realities as a ‘them and us’ game of evil (them) versus good (us) as the aliens try to take over our world. As Edgar Mitchell announced to the global press in July 2008 the technology of the E.T.’s who are in contact with world governments, is so superior to ours that if they had of wanted to conquer us they could have done this a long time ago. We have also enjoyed many other insights into the E.T. realms via Star Wars, Gene Rodenbery’s Star Trek Series and many more.

Just what is real and what is pure fiction? How much of what is termed fiction is actually intuitive insight by those receiving data from other realms in the dreamtime? What about the metaphysical idea that if enough people believe something to be true they will bring it into reality in either this world or a parallel world?

There are so many unanswered questions and while I do not propose to have all the answers hopefully the Universal Harmonization Program offered by the Embassy of Peace will be a basic start that will add another valuable layer to the work being done by others.

Summary of points from our Universal Harmonization Program:-

1. Extraterrestrial intelligence exists and falls into many categories and we need to be able to wisely differentiate between them and use our discernment in dealing with them.

2. For example, according to Exopolitic author and E.T. researcher Dr Michael Salla, there is a total of 17 different extraterrestrial races now interacting with Earth and some 57 races known to the US military. Exopolitics is the study of the key individuals, political institutions and processes associated with extraterrestrial life.

3. According to various metaphysicians and shaman, Earth will soon move en-mass into a more civilized state of existence that will include regular contact with E.T realities of various dimensions.

4. For the purpose of our discussions, a dimension is a band of energy that is classified by the consciousness of the species within it. 3rd dimensional reality is what we are used to within the earth plane but there are beings of intelligence that exist in dimensions higher than ours.

5. Also note that due to the frequency of these higher realms dense bodies molecular structure cannot be kept and beings here move as telepathically interconnected fields of consciousness and light.

6. Which E.T. band of reality we access is determined by how integrated and in our Mastery we are. Integrated means being healthy and happy on all levels of our being – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually and at one with the Divine Force that gives us life.

7. The difference between E.T.’s with advanced U.F.O. type technology and Beings of Light from the interdimensional realms, who can teleport or send holographic projections of themselves, is consciousness. Our consciousness determines which dimension we have been magnetized into and thus operate from.

8. The Embassy’s Personal Harmonization Program expands our consciousness so we can explore other realms of reality beyond 3rd dimensional earth based paradigms.

9. Regarding sovereignty issues raised in the article printed by the Canadian News, we do not need to be rescued by either E.T.’s or Light Beings. We are driving this change and expansion as the Masters we are. It is our frequency and our individual and collective desire that is creating this moving of our worlds into a higher paradigm. We do not need to give away our power to any external force but need instead to experience the wonder of the internal force that has gifted us with life that can guide us perfectly through all situations. Our path with the Embassy of Peace is always to maintain personal sovereignty as the Divine Beings we are in essence.

10. The timing is now up to us but certain things need to be attended to which will then determine which realm we will individually and then collectively enter. These things have been covered in the first part of our manual under the Personal and Global Harmonization Programs.

11. While most of humanity has been ‘tuned’ to a specific channel i.e. our 3rd dimensional world, ignorance of other channels does not negate their existence

12. and as we refine our frequencies we can tune into and be aware of other ‘channels’ or dimensions of existence.

13. Other beings, and beings of light, exist on other realms or dimensions that we can access by simply changing our frequency and, consequently, our channel.

14. Not all who exist on other realms are beings of light or beings motivated by the highest good of all, e.g. disembodied spirits on the astral plane and also extraterrestrials who are technologically advanced with space craft and time travel but whose consciousness and awareness levels are still very third dimensional.

15. All beings of light are by nature spiritually evolved and are called beings of light because of the degree of light they manifest in their form. Light is the visual aspect of our God essence – our DOW – who knows who these ones are.

16. All beings of light are in conscious and committed service to First Cause or harmonious co-creation.

17. The service of the Great White Brotherhood is to aid Earth and her inhabitants in their reawakening and reunification with their God Self – the Divine One Within.

18. Earth’s evolutionary game is a speck in a corner of a quadrant in a universe which is a speck in the total galactic picture yet in the web of life everything is interconnected and so each part influences the whole via the Universal Law of One.

19. Contact with E.T.’s and Beings of Light can occur on various planes of existence. While much has been placed on the World Wide Web regarding ‘involuntary contact’, there is also ‘unconscious voluntary contact’ where those contacted have made agreements in another timeline to have this type of interaction. The ‘conscious voluntary’ contact is something that usually happens between meditators and Beings of Light on the inner planes and most will say that contact of this type often happens unexpectedly when the contactee was not expecting it.

20. E.T. testimony sources are now quite varied – ranging from those with firsthand experience of alien abduction, some of whom have had physical interaction with U.F.O.’S; to those who have seen U.F.O.’s or been involved in Government projects re this; to the more mystical-meditative experiences that myself and many others have now enjoyed with the Beings of Light.

21. We wish to state again that just because an E.T. race is technologically advanced does not mean they are benevolent beings, it just means that they have been around longer that us and have had more time to develop such technologies. Many of the races now interacting with our Governments do so for mutually beneficial reasons that are not always for our collective good.

22. Again we wish to state that the point of this part of the Embassy’s program is to provide education regarding Beings of Light from the interdimensional realms who are loving, wise and compassionate and who are here by the invitation of our metaphysicians to harmoniously assist us as colleagues to move collectively into the higher paradigm of the Universal Nations.

Before we move on we would also like to add data regarding the first-life Starborne, the Akashic records, the Paradigm of the Universal Nations, the Intergalactic Federation, the Lords of Peace, telepathy and communication and Inter-Dimensional Language.

First-life Starborne:

Starborne:- this is a term often used to describe Earth’s people as it is well known throughout the interdimensional realms that we were genetically ‘seeded’ by various intergalactic races. Our species is said to be quite envied by many as - since we are the blending of so many genetic streams - we have the potential to manifest great things once we align with DOW power, love and wisdom and apply Universal Law to Earth’s operating systems.

Starborne-First-borne:- is the term that we wish to look at here. This term applies to many people who have descended from highly civilized realms to take embodiment for the first time on planet Earth to assist in the current shifting. In order for these ones to cope with being in a world of duality with its shades of darkness and light and the polarity of positive and negative, these Light Beings of advanced consciousness must pass through the Akashic Records to be imprinted with insights and virtues of others who have previously been on Earth. As such they have no karma or cellular memory that is their own as the information they care within of such things are just imprints to help them understand the human race. First-life Starborne and the Starborne who are still relatively new to Earth – 1st or 2nd or even 3rd incarnation and can be identified by having experienced the things mentioned earlier in Brad Steiger’s questionnaire.

Akashic Records:- The Akashic Records or “The Book of Life” can be equated to the universe's super computer system. It is this system that acts as the central storehouse of all information for every individual who has ever lived upon the Earth. More than just a reservoir of events, the Akashic Records contain every deed, word, feeling, thought, and intent that has ever occurred at any time in the history of the world. The Akashic Records are also interactive in that they have a tremendous influence upon our everyday lives, our relationships, our feelings and belief systems, and the potential realities we draw toward us.

The Akashic Records contain the entire history of every soul since the dawn of Creation. These records connect each one of us to one another. They contain the stimulus for every archetypal symbol or mythic story which has ever deeply touched patterns of human behavior and experience. They have been the inspiration for dreams and invention. They draw us toward or repel us from one another. They mold and shape levels of human consciousness and are a portion of Divine Mind. They are the unbiased judge and jury that attempt to guide, educate, and transform every individual to become the very best that she or he can be. They embody an ever-changing fluid array of possible futures that are called into potential as humans interact and learn from the data that has already been accumulated.

Information about the Akashic Records can be found in folklore, in myth, and throughout the Old and New Testaments. It is traceable at least as far back as the Semitic peoples and includes the Arabs, the Assyrians, the Phoenicians, the Babylonians, and the Hebrews. Among each of these peoples was the belief that there was in existence some kind of celestial tablets which contained the history of humankind as well as all manner of spiritual information.

Edgar Cayce when asked: “[What is meant by] The Book of Life?” responded: “The record that the individual entity itself writes upon the skein of time and space, through patience – and is opened when self has attuned to the infinite, and may be read by those attuning to that consciousness …”

The Paradigm of the Universal Nations:-

Some say that one of the reasons behind the huge spiritual awakening that is occurring on the planet, is that our civilization has been pre-programmed to move into the reality of the Universal Nations. In another space and time there exists amazing civilizations that are held within the Dimensional Biofield. These are realms of existence of respect, love, harmony, where all co-exist while honouring universal law, and each other. Until Earth’s people can mature beyond the reality of hate, violence, social injustice and war these higher perfected realms will remain hidden from us.

As was mentioned previously, half of the attending Andromedian Council members wanted nothing to do with Earth as long as humans here do not respect themselves, each other and our planet. Nonetheless many among us who have adopted a holistic lifestyle that sensitizes us enough to experience the inner planes are now finding that the veils between the worlds have disappeared and as a consequence we have begun to receive communications via such networks as the Intergalactic Federation of Worlds which operates on the inner planes in a manner similar to Earth’s United Nations as well as from other E.T.’s mentioned.

The revelation of the Universal Nations is occurring for more and more people every day as we fine-tune our Personal Biofields. The completion of the Embassy of Peace Programs will introduce the world to its rightful place among the Universal Nations as to embrace these programs is like saying that we are now choosing to operate in a more respectful manner towards all life on Earth.

The Intergalactic Federation of Worlds Council (I.G.F.W.C.):-

The I.F.G.W. has the role of monitoring the development of all civilizations within this universe; and to see how the actions of all beings in each sector are imprinting the Cosmological and Dimensional Biofields. The Intergalactic Federation of Worlds Council is similar in function to the United Nations in that one of its programs is to keep an eye on the development of various planets particularly when they choose to evolve in a more civilized manner where all life is honoured. When a planet and its inhabitants desire to move beyond the creation of war, poverty and violence and when they apply their focus on the type of principles we offer in the Inter-Planetary Program with its pathways of Elysium and adhere to Universal Law, then the I.G.F.W.C. becomes more active with those who are open to their channel. Connecting telepathically via our meditations, and via the dreamtime, many meditators have been receiving conscious or subconscious communication with the I.G.F.W.C. for some time.

The Lords of Peace – Venus Sector:-

These beings gather in fifth dimensional space on Venus – usually in their Lightbodies - to oversee the rising of worlds out of third and fourth dimensional spaces into the fifth dimensional aspect of the Matrix of Oneness that runs through all life. It is via their invitation that we have now established the Embassy of Peace on Earth and now release this manual. Third dimensional Venus is a barren planet and life there exists in a higher energy band that can only be detected through the expansion of our own consciousness via dreamtime and meditation experiences.

Our Cosmic Colleagues with Jasmuheen

As many are now aware, I have been in contact for the last few decades with the Brotherhoods of Light, the Intergalactic Federation and the various Interdimensional Peace Councils that oversee the development of our evolution on this plane and I would like to share this message from them that I received in the 1990’s. As I compiled the data for this revised work, I felt the Presence of these Benevolent Beings beaming in to add more insights to this timeless message.

They share:-

“Yours is not the only planet in our stable. There are many active life forms with varying degrees of intelligence in gestation – as above, so below. Your planet mirrors the complexity of universal creation when you observe your realm of micro-organisms and subatomic particles. You yourselves, as a manifestation of the human form, are but a shadow in the scope of creation and yet your gods kindly gave you keys. Your gods are the great benefactors to be sure, yet dissension and separation comes from within your own hearts and minds. Your thoughts divide you and your focus divorces you from each other and from us.

To be an effective force of change in your world, we invite you to learn the mastery of divine alchemy. We invite you to release words of separation like fear and darkness as fear comes from ignorance of the unknown. When you yourselves know the unknowable you will relax and enjoy and fear will be no more. It is fear that will slow planetary progression just as easily as ice will freeze your blood. Your fear of the forces of darkness will no longer be valid when you understand truly that the dark and the light are the dual natures of the Oneness and from the dark, the light was born. And without the light, the dark would die and without the darkness the Light could not be experienced for the darkness is the void – the infinite nature of creation as the quantum field. To fear the darkness is to fear the force of creation itself.

As long as the language of separatist thinking remains in use by your peoples you will not have the unity that you seek for unity is the common factor that binds the fragments of the whole together in one common vision.

Find that which you can use to unify among you and do that first, then ask for the next piece of your blueprint and it will come, for when you seek to unify you will also unify the dimensions of creation unto yourself because that which is the unified part of the One must reveal itself to you. Just know that your pathway is golden. From highways of light you have come, breathed out on a Sigh as creation and into your being you were sung. Life is all about harmonics.

So many in life are so often filled with their own self-importance that they do not see beyond their immediate issues of survival. Personal survival when achieved so that you no longer stress about such things, will lead you to look at global survival then galactic survival, then universal. You are moving rapidly into a time of a more compassionate and community orientated world where human rights will be practically and lovingly attended to and you are the bringers of this change – you are the messengers, the activators, the transformers.

Those still absorbed in personal survival issues may not hear this message. Those focused on global survival are aware of this and have presented re-education packages to re-train and stimulate the remembering of those still struggling just to survive. This re-training surrounds each and every one of you. It comes through the healing arts, the performance arts, and life itself will teach you how to unlock the door to your own heart wherein lives your divine nature. How long it will take for you to master your personal reality is so personal and is just one of the challenges those among you face in this Earth apprenticeship.

The reward of an open and unified heart and mind is the key to universal abundance and harmony, to be able to take your place as honoured colleagues around the table in the game of divine alchemy. Perhaps for some – the knowing of, and experiencing the limitless nature of, your own divine nature is not a big enough enticement.

Nonetheless, choice of mastery of your being is no longer an option.

There is a force arisen upon your plane that is answering your own divine call. The Mother Gaia is igniting by the fire of the Christed consciousness so Her inhabitants can fulfil the prophecy of the second coming which is the Christed nature inherent in all now arising within all to unify and guide you. Know also that your body is the Temple that houses the Christed One, the Buddhic One, the Infinite One who dwells within your heart. It is not the appearance of one special Being but the rising within you all of the Gods that you are.

The second coming is the coming of the Christed ones together as one voice. It is the voices of the Muslims chanting prayers to Allah. It is the chants to Krishna, the mantras to Buddha and the hymns to Christ. It is the songs of farewell from the cetaceans as they hand the mantle of self-responsibility for care of Gaia back to you. This is a great honour. Know this.

Enough of you have pushed the button of your own desire to be of service, beyond the wills of lesser men – to serve the will of your inner God. So much is now unfolding in this time of revelation, resurrection and rebirth.

When you learn to listen to the Supreme Voice of the Divine One Within – that which we call your DOW – then you will need to be aware of your interpretations of your inner God’s message. How you decode the message reflects your own level of awareness in life. So cease to look solely at your scriptures or your books on spiritual matters, and seek the answers in how you live your life from within yourself. We invite you to experience, know and retain your self sovereignty in this coming time for now is the time of the merging of the realms.

Is your work filled with purpose and passion?

Does your life here make a difference to this world?

Do you care enough for others to give freely of yourself while keeping yourself in your joy and in your power?

Are you truly happy and at peace where you are in the world? Not momentarily happy but happy in your soul? Joyful, contented, knowing and trusting that you are cradled in the arms of the God of the Greater Plan. For in knowing the loving heart of the Divine Creator you know that you are safe. You are the divine experiment of a passionate scientist cloning itself, with each version being so perfect unto itself that you will know without doubt that you are made in the image of the Divine.

We care not what you call your gods, just that you call them. For when they have inspired you to remembrance they will remain within your heart permanently – creation having merged creation back into its bosom for once you pledge your allegiance to the Greater Will of your inner God, then your instruction and training will begin in earnest.

When you were first delivered from the Higher Heaven Worlds millennia ago, each of you was encoded with your own treasure map so that you could explore and enjoy all the Kingdoms of Creation as co-creators of the Divine.

Many now have understood that personal happiness depends entirely on the choices that you each make and on the actions you each choose to then take. Will you continue to sit beside each other as mixed races, or as political opponents, or as enemies? Or instead can you be lovers of your gods together by finding that which your religions all agree upon? In all the religions – and now again in New Age thought – we have offered you the guidelines for the new millennium as common points of focus. So use your discernment and take from these guidelines that which feels right in your own heart. Apply them and they will guide you into the happiness that you seek. The true joy that many of you are still seeking, is the sound of your own divine name, for the voice of your God is within you, a fragmented part of a whole, and it longs to tell you Its story, and share Its vision with a far greater goal. As so many now have discovered, the God I AM within holds your complete blueprint, your map for the return journey home, and your assignment which is your reason for being here on Earth at this time.

“Salutations ones of Light; this is Arcturius with your gathering. Tis such a simple understanding is it not – that one has within them the power to move beyond dimensions and through dimensions, beyond space, beyond time.

We have shared with your gathering that your being knows expression upon all dimensions for you are connected, are you not, to the Source of Creation. You have glimpsed the understanding, and some have a deeper knowing, that the access to the greater part of your expression lies through the doorways within.

You have understood that you are Masters, that you are co-creators and that in the co-creation comes the creation; that you can create the experience your heart desires through your focus. It is simple, for example, every day that you focus on simply giving yourself, your physical being a shower of the inner Light so you will become Light.

Understand the vastness of consciousness. The consciousness that is I, Arcturius, is individualized yes, it has a note of knowing, but it is the same consciousness that resides within the vastness of the All That Is and that is you as well.

It has been a long while since my consciousness has identified with our star system. It is like an aspect of my being that oversees such, that resonates to the energy beams of that within the hearts of all upon that system. It is an aspect of my consciousness that has been drawn by the Light of the God I AM within your hearts to your grouping for you hold within you a desire for a little understanding of the Arcturian energies.

The consciousness is so elastic and is governed by the Divine Intelligence that resides within; the ability that you have to move into, that state of All Knowing. It is that aspect that the Light within will awaken, to allow you to simply shift your perception, your focus in this journey for reconnection to wherever you desire. If you desire to be once more upon the Sirian system you simply intend to be there.

It is like a fisherman that casts his line out into the vast oceans. It is the hook, the sinker, that lands so much further from the shore but it is the intention of the fisherman to cast his line, is it not, that creates that possibility.

And so it is where you move your consciousness across the galaxies and universes of this dimension to another. It is your intention, your focus of what you wish to achieve, of where you wish to go. There will be an aspect of your consciousness that will arrive thus. That aspect is like that hook, that sinker. It has the weight to emerge into that sea of energy that resides where you direct it. For it has the power of your thought, your focus, your intention, to send it winging across time and space.

Your inner plane meditative journeys, your inter-dimensional travel we achieve simply by that; the desire, the recognition that you are in essence, multi-dimensional beings and it is this thought, this knowing that will propel your energy through the realms governed by your thinking. It is your thinking that you are learning to bring into discipline is it not? For you can think that you are limited or you can think that you are unlimited, you can see yourselves as one day being ascended or recognize that ascended part within you now.

Our star system is a system of Ascended Beings. All beings that move upon and within the energy fields that are known as the Arcturian system, understand the Divinity within. They understand the power of the mind to create and they understood the harm that was created when the mind was filled with impurities. When, through discipline, the mind was focused on the purity of creative expression of the Mother/Father God then we moved into the Ascended state.

We understood that we could ignite the Light of the Divine Being within, allow it to grow within our cellular form, creating a new matrix of energy – you term your Lightbody – and dissolve the molecular structure of solid form into Light. This we did eons of time ago and this is the challenge for beings upon this plane in this point of your linear time.

This is a journey you have all undergone before and you hold within you the cellular memory of having done so - where you were beings fed from the ethers, from the higher planes, from the Universal Force, before your base changed from what you would term your silicone to your carbon. And now you reverse the process and when you reverse the process, you once again become the purity of the energy of the silicone substance.

‘Tis the same substance as your crystals for those beings that are refracted in these energy beams known as crystals, hold unlimited power. They are conduits for energy. They light great cities; they balance the energy beams of great cities in complete harmony and alignment with the thought-forms of the masses of individualized sparks of consciousness and energy that reside within the higher realms, in expression and acknowledgment of Divine Power. And the key to the doorways of the higher realms is simply the desire within the heart.

It is interesting to watch your planetary system for many are exploring new ways of energy, from the fusion, the fission, the splitting of the atom, to the desire to explore your space; to create vehicles of metal. Know that any civilization that works with the vehicles of metal have not yet understood the Divine energy matrix within their being for it is the vehicles of Light that will allow you freedom to access all the dimensions and travel so freely.

It is not until your physicists and scientists begin to open up to the Divinity within that they will be able to understand and then create these vehicles of light move beyond the limited technology they are currently exploring.

The gifts of interdimensional travel are so simple yet you have been trapped within the physical plane for so long you have forgotten the simplicity. Has it not been shared that it is the children that will create this heaven and inherit this heaven? It is symbolic. It is symbolic in the sharing of humankind to embrace the child like innocence within and be again the Gods that you are – the Divine sovereigns of yourselves and this world.

To understand simplicity as being the key, to understand that it is purity of heart, that it is the ability to love each other unconditionally; that the Higher Light Science is simply the ability to move energy through your body, the energy of Light and Love, for it is that alone that will propel you; hook you in to the next dimension.

Many of you know within your heart what this promises for you have journeyed there before. It brings with it the ability for all beings to live honouring the Light within and the rewards this brings via the Law of Resonance are unimaginable to you now.

On the Arcturian system all of the beings look the same. We do not have the desire for recognition on that level for we tune, as we do with your gathering, to the emission of energy, the emission of signals of Light and Love that emanate from the heart within all. We do not focus upon your physical form; we simply read the energy patterns of Light, the depth of Love that comes from each heart centre as it is the heart that is the doorway to the higher dimensions.

As with your system, the Arcturians are continuing to evolve back to the completeness of their being. Now that system is fifth dimensional. It is beginning to move into the higher octave of the fifth bordering on the sixth yet there are Beings among us who also have free access to dimensional layers way beyond that - all here intermingle freely as we work with both Ascended Masters and the other Light Beings that move within all dimensions of expression.

Among us there is free communication, telepathically and via using the languages of Light for the languages of Light are beyond your telepathic thought imprinting. The languages of light are the languages that allow you to recognize the vibration of the Light emanation of each individualized soul, of each individualized unit of consciousness.

From the fifth dimension, blending into the 6th and the 7th, consciousness moves from an individualized state to become a mass consciousness that works in unity and harmony beyond the individualization while retaining some uniqueness.

Your planetary system, and that of the 4th and the 3rd, has been a system of duality and of individual units of consciousness trapped in a limited form that is often run by ego and your lower mind. Still you are now beginning to awaken to the Supreme qualities within you and to the unlimited nature of your being and you are becoming aware that you are not just one being but many who are learning to play in harmony like an orchestra. As individual instruments you are feeling great change upon your planet as you learn to tune, work and harmonize your energy. There is a new song to be sung, a new tune to be played upon this Earth and the words of this song, the feeling of this song is one of harmony, of unity.

Some of you have spent so long in judgment, in the reality of: “This is the only way, this is my way, and you must do it my way, and if you do not you will be punished...” and yet to stand in judgment of one another has created only separation and pain.

The gathering here is a gathering of unified hearts that long for peace within and peace without; of hearts that long to know once more the greatness of your being, the unlimited nature of your being.

Often on the night realms you are freed from your physical body to go to the higher dimensions of Light, to other planetary systems for great learning and knowing and you are remembering this more. You also often find upon your return to your physical body that you still feel you are somewhere else – for you are. You do exist in every dimension of expression and with every breath you can know more and more of the God within, until you are consciously that. And on every level of dimension of expression you have the power to move freely through each level via the focus of your thinking; through the power of your intention of your thought and yet the inner plane doors open only in response to your individual resonance which you constantly alter by what you think and feel.

In order to embrace your Ascension all you have to instruct your being is with the power of one focused thought, to chant to yourself with your heart and your soul and with the power of your intention, that:-

“I AM an Ascended Being of Infinite Light and Infinite Love” and thus you will become!

There is nothing else that you need to do in essence. And yet it is fun to play these games along the way is it not? ‘Tis a process of rediscovery...

Arcturius on: The Wizard’s Magic

‘Tis it not truth, that in the beginning was the word, and the word created all. The word was the vibration, the sound of the creative force as it expanded and pulsated through all the universes, creating as it expanded.

Many are now collectively seeking magic within the heart of hearts and is it not magic that you are also seeking in your life upon this plane? Not the magic of tricks and potions but the magic of Grace where your life unfolds in a way that you feel awe and wonder and contentment…

The Merlin that you know of in legend was a multi-dimensional creature who was aware that form contained but a spark of Divine consciousness, that the form was not restricted, that the form was simply one aspect of a vast expression that was manifesting on one plane of reality into physicality while existing in many parallel realms.

The magic of the Merlin came about simply because the being was tuned to all levels of awareness simultaneously and that is where the magic lays, the magic that you seek. And now we witness upon this plane the awakening of many and their quest for magic. You are going through what we would term stages of evolution of rediscovery of the magician within; for you are master alchemists are you not?

Look around and witness what you have created and know that the wizard within is the One who is the witness. That is why many have been guided for so long to do your meditation for it is the practice of your meditation that allows you the detachment to become the witness in life as life expands, evolves and changes around you.

‘Tis an art to be developed, this detachment, for detachment frees the unlimited nature of your being, frees the witness within and the witness within is the wizard. And it is the wizard within you and the wizard within all that will form the common bond that will set in place a new pattern, a new paradigm for your Golden Age, as it is time for the magic to return upon this plane.

What is the magic?

The magic is as unique, as individual, as you are individual sparks of consciousness.

As the Masters have shared so often, you are an orchestra, and you all carry a note, a resonance, that reflects your uniqueness and the ‘one’ that carries the note is the witness within, the teacher within and it is the joy and passion in the heart that allows you to know when these notes that you carry are ‘on key’ or not. When there is passion in your heart there is magic in your life; when there is joy in your heart there is also love to be felt in your life.

True magic is the joy that you feel in the witnessing of life, of being thankful for having the embodiment that you have. It is also a time of magic as many of you are beginning to understand that you are creative beings that you are vast, unlimited, multidimensional beings and many of you have opened the inner doorways to the vastness of that which you are you are. Others have found that by allowing, inviting and beckoning your higher awareness to rise up within you that this pure consciousness flows more powerfully through you and magic then makes itself manifest through your life in so many ways.

This is the key, the secret ingredient, to go within, to tune your being more to the heartbeat of the Mother/Father Creator God for you are a Divine being and you pulsate with a rhythm. You all carry an individual frequency and yet you are united by the creative force that created the uniqueness of all notes.

We talk in terms of music and we talk in terms of light for light is the visual aspect of the creative power and music its beat. Everything you witness upon this plane of existence is simply a reflection of light and it is the creative force that has arranged itself in dense molecular structure to give you the body and to give you the mind. Yet the mind is filled with rambling thoughts and it often feels as if you have no control over your thinking, and thus you have no control over your life’s experience. Learn to master your thought flows and you will master the creative streams of the cosmos. This too is alchemy...

What else is this alchemy? It is the ability to turn base metal into gold – but how do you interpret such? The baseness and the coarseness, the reflection that you see when you witness humanity – that is the true transformation and humanity is now being asked to activate itself to its’ full potential and you as the light workers are here to teach by example. When you find the alchemy within, the ability to transform your lives into gold, to ‘walk your talk’ as you often share, then you will be fulfilling your life’s purpose. So your lesson and your challenge is to turn your life into gold so that it shines so brightly, so that it sparks the gold within the heart of another plus their desire to witness life’s magic.

We have shared often with you, that all is in layers and that every dimension is overlaid, but within this room you have a third/fourth dimensional frequency beat. The physicality is dense but you also have a fifth, a sixth and a seventh dimensional energy beat, all housed within each atom, within each cell here now. And it is the energy of the higher octaves, the higher beats that bring the magic for they are the energies most tuned to universal law, and it is the Universal Law of Grace that brings the magic. The finer your frequencies have been tuned, the closer and more in resonance your frequencies are to the Mother/Father Creator God, the more you will see this Law expressed in your reality. You may, as creative beings, create any reality your hearts desire and yet the magic comes when you align yourself to the heartbeat of that which created you.

You are here to know magic.

What your heart’s desire to know once more is simply magic and, because everything is overlaid through all planes of existence here now, you may tune to the magic that is ever present, or you may tune to the lack, or the density, or the lack of magic, for all exists together in the Matrix of One.

We ask that you see yourself connected to the cosmic circuit board and that you program that your sharing with all beings always unfolds in a way to bring true Divine magic into play in every moment.

There is other programming that you may do for it is like writing a computer program and setting it into motion so that it runs within a loop for ever, drawing to you that which you have programmed and yes you can refine it and re-align it all as much as your heart desires.

So this journey is simple. You are here in embodiment, you are seeking magic, so you program for such and as creative beings you choose to accept no less in your waking conscious reality. If you seek brilliance, Universal Law decrees that brilliance must reveal itself to you, if you seek magic, same applies, and if you seek perfection the same applies.

The test, the challenge is to create simultaneously as a collective group consciousness in a manner that benefits the whole. When you have done your programming, then what? ‘Tis it not simply a matter to relax, to enjoy and, as you would share, to ‘let go and to let God.’

You have operated within the reality of limitation for so long, that there may be a transition period where you need to keep vigilant awareness to your thinking. Your thoughts are forever creating, and while your programming has been put in place you are simply moving from one paradigm to another. You must be aware of thoughts of lack and of limitation that present themselves upon the canvas of your mind.

You may imagine that as a thought comes in and you stand there in the robes of the wizard, that when this thought brings limitation, you wave your magic wand and turn it into limitless thinking, for it is the limitless thinking that will also help to bring the magic that your heart seeks.

In the beginning when the Creative One expanded it came purely from light. When this light fragmented through all expression, you eventually found yourselves in physical form so you have an old pattern of still seeing things fragmented instead of seeing wholeness, but the wholeness will appear as you seek it.

Instead of wishing to become that which you already are give yourselves permission to be and to feel that the divinity within you is within all. Then when you look into the hearts of your brothers and sisters you can also seek to see Divine perfection. As you seek the Divine perfection in all then it must be revealed and so wholeness becomes a reality upon this planet and binds the fragmentation through the intention of the collective beat of the Masters that you are.

Are you initiates, are you apprentices or are you masters? Remember that the way to becoming the Merlin, the way to become the wizard, is to act as if. In the acting as if, you are giving your inner alchemist permission to reveal itself to you and so it must for that is Universal Law.

So our message is simply ‘seek the magic from within your being’, to simply: ‘Seek the magic all around you’ and you will find that as you seek it, it does reveal itself to you. That is how you as the ones awakening will bring through the magic of the time of Merlin once more upon your plane. It is the most powerful aphrodisiac for there is not one that beats with the human heart that does not seek true magic. Magic is the common key and while you find that you have different labels to express your understanding of Divinity, the common desire is for a life filled with Grace.
